I have given an excellent because the repair to the car is so good that you actually cannot see where it has been repaired. The staff I dealt with were polite and helpful at all times. The repair did take a little longer but it was explained to me why this was and the reason. I would recommend Fix Auto Durham.

Storm damage
My car was damaged in the storms. My roof tiles blew off and damaged the roof and side of the car, I waited quite a long time to get it repaired but having said that they were extremely busy due to the volume of repairs and I could still drive my car. I found the service very good, they picked up my car and left the courtesy car, same after repairs, due to my not being able to do this myself. The work done was excellent.

100% recommend this garage to anybody , they keep you in the loop and tell you every stage your car is at . They go above and beyond (one lad stayed late to complete the car so I could go to work away the next day ).
