Fix Auto UK - Fix Auto Dagenham Omdömen 

Fix auto had my Audi in their repair shop for about 2 months. Even though I was not happy about this I can honestly say their customer service was great. They really take customer service /excellence seriously because they always kept me in the loop with what was going on in terms of delays, parts being ordered etc. They literally called of not every week I would say maybe every 10 days which I think was good. They were always polite and apologetic for the delay even though it was not their fault. Once my vehicle was repaired it was easy and straight forward to go snd collect. They booked me in at a suitable time for myself and the girls were very friendly on my arrival.
They even allowed me to leave the courtesy car which was rented from enterprise with them to save me the trouble of having to take it back myself.

Easy to deal with them and staffs are very helpful.

My car was picked up & dropped back to my door . It was repaired perfectly and was brought back fully valeted. The receptionist was very polite and helpful when I called for an update. Great service.

Fix auto has done a wonderful job of replacing the bumper on my car.

I was very pleased with the repair that Auto-Fix Dagenham branch carried out; it looks like new.
The car came back nice and clean and was returned to me 2 days earlier than expected and within the timeframe that I was given by Colin.
I was kept up to date when the car would be ready by Jo, I would recommend Fix-Auto to my friends and family.

Very sorry but parts took ages to come and seems like they went to Japan by walk to collect the parts.

Repairs look very good, vehicle pickup and return driver very courteous and returned very clean in and out telephone communication from Fix Auto done very politely and professionally and May I add with feeling.

One of if not the best auto repairers I have ever dealt with.
From start to finish the focus was on the customer, the repairs were handled with expertise. Any Delays were advised and constant update re parts was every week.
On inspecting the work, it was without fault.

Took my car in to get repaired, back quarter and back door damaged. Great service, supplied with a nice clean car to use whilst working on mine. Very helpful keeping me in formed all the way through. Would never know I was involved in a accident in the first place.
