Great all round service provided!
My car was collected on time and a good quality courtesy car was provided with 3/4 of a tank of petrol. My car was then fixed up and returned to me in just over a week - the repair looks brilliant and the car was cleaned up beautifully too. The easy process definitely reduced the initial stress of damaging my car!

Poor Communication
Poor communication and far too long to repair.
I asked before the repair if it would help if I brought the car in so that they could order the parts in advance.
I was told this was not necessary.
However this slight damage took over 2 weeks and the excuse was that they had problems getting the parts.
Really !!!

We are very sorry to hear this. We had on order the parts that are visible, once the vehicles are stripped there is the possibility of finding further damage and in this case, damaged parts.
The part we needed to complete the repairs unfortunately got delivered faulty twice, before we received a usable one.
I apologise if this was not explained during the repair process, we will endeavour to ensure these issues are clearer in future.
