Selected by the third party's insurers, my car was collected from home and Joe kept me advised regarding progress. I had to collect from Bradford when completed but this was the only "challenge" associated with the repair. Work is 100% - can't ask for more than that.

Excellent customer service from David and Kai. The work carried out on my car was perfect. The only downside was that the courtesy car provided was too small for myself and my husband (both with long, arthritic legs) so we were unable to use it - had to borrow a friend's car.

The turnaround was so quick the accident happened on the Sunday and my car was taken away on the Tuesday and I was regularly updated on the progress. I now have my car back just under a week later and the repair is perfect I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
