They fixed the accident damage in about 3 weeks total. Picked up van and brought it back. All seems fine.
Emails get a better response than phone calls when checking progress.

Very helpful but you have to. Give the a nudge if there’s something wrong to get them to put it write but isn’t that’s the case with everything these days all in all good and got my car write and very happy with it 👍🏻

Generally a really good service - although not really able to plan the collection resulting in well over 100 miles of fuel left in the tank of the courtesy car! (compared to when I collected it not even enough to go a few miles)

Communication with Ben was professional and helpful at all times.
I would have appreciated an interim communication explaining the approximate time scale to repair my vehicle (i.e. waiting for parts which are due to arrive on.... anticipate xxx days to completion after that)

Fix Auto picked up the car the evening before it was due to e picked up (which was really convenient for me). They also delivered the car back early.

I couldn't fault them at all.

Van went in for repairs. Was a nasty gouge along side panel aswell as drivers side mirror broken into a hundred pieces and extremely big dent in pillar where mirror had been bent round and smashing into it. The van is a ford custom the dark orange colour. Got van back today on time as promised. Had a good look at van. You can't even tell where the damage was. It looks as good as the day I picked it up from dealership. Over the moon with repair. Top job. They even gave the cab a clean. You hear some horror stories about garages and body shops. But I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Obviously top class in there trade. Again chuffed with quality of said repair. Thankyou to whoever it was at the body shop in chemsley Wood branch. If I could I'd show before and after pictures.

Although the repair took longer than expected this was not the fault of Fix Auto it was simply down to the availability of parts.
All through the process I had a weekly conversation with Ben and was over the moon happy with the way he worked with me to get the job completed ASAP.

My vehicle had been stolen, recovered and sent to the garage for repairs. The parts took a long time to get, but once received, FixAuto wasted no time to get the vehicle back on the road again.

I was told week in advance the car going to picked up for repairs,and a automatic curtesy car will delivered at same time.
When I phone up. I was told there no automatic car. The one that they have got some issue.i explained I have taken a day of from work to arrange this.i just asked them why don't you any more courtesy cars. The bloke went of on a rant don't tell me how to run my business. He was rude to me and his attitude was unprofessional. I will not use these garage any more.

Collection and work done was very good, but the inaccuracy of update information asked for over the phone was not at all helpful, especially when because we were selling the car a clear idea of when the work would complete was needed. This made the whole experience rather stressful when it need not have been!

These people are a load of cowboys please steer clear of of them, thay ruined my car when it was in for repair at their workshop. If there was an option for no star I would have given them that.
