Very easy apart from taking some photographs I didn’t have to anything.

Communication was accurate and professional through the whole process. Staff at Ashgrove Motor Body Bridge of Don were friendly, helpful and professional, particularly Valeen and Donald, who went the extra mile to ensure the repair process was completely stress free. Repairs were to a high standard, and when the car was delivered to Ashgrove the turnaround was very fast. The automated updates and progress tools were also a great addition. I was nervous putting my car to a repair shop I haven’t used before. I have a relatively new Audi Q5 with a particular colour of Black, so it’s a very awkward repair. I can honestly say I would return to Ashgrove for repairs in the future, not just due to the repair quality, but the service from the team too!

Nothing was too much trouble for the admin staff to sort out.
The staff assessing the damage were very efficient in making sure all the damage was assessed thoroughly.
The liaison between me, the staff at Autifix, and the insurers was excellent.
Altogether everyone did a first class job and I am really pleased how smoothly it all went and with the standard of the repairs to my car.

Extremely happy with the repair and Donald went the extra mile with the 2 scratches that were already there. Would recommend them to everyone

Disappointing from the outset. They ignored the first automated notification from my insurers which delayed the repairs. I dropped my car off for the repair, as arranged 6 weeks prior, only to be phoned a couple of hours later to be told that they didn't have the part and to come and collect it. This was incredibly frustrating when I had made plans in advance for the period I would be without a car. Surely you plan ahead and order in parts in advance? When I turned up to collect my car, I was told of an alternative option which I was happy to take, however this was not offered to me on the phone which resulted in a huge waste of my time. No apology was offered at that stage, we were just met with rudeness and a defensive attitude. When I went to collect the car, of course I was advised to check the repair and make sure I was happy with it. Naively, I only checked the front bumper area and was happy and drove away (not thinking I'd need to check the entire car for damage, assuming they would not cause any excess damage!). I got home to discover a scratch mark on the rear door, clearly caused by a tool being scraped across the door. I see from other comments this isn't an isolated incident. When I reported it that evening I was told it was absolutely not them and I had obviously damaged it on the drive home. I am 100% confident it happened in their care due to their own negligence. The front bumper sensors now beep sporadically now too which, because I have noticed only since leaving the garage, will be absolutely nothing to do with their poor workmanship, I am sure! I probably knocked them off when I hit my rear door with that tool, silly me. And I tried to take this up with them over the phone and email, but unfortunately I was either ignored or met with the same patronising attitude (from the same person who gave me attitude when we visited the garage). When this was escalated to the MD at my request due to the conflict of interest, I was met with radio silence. Honestly, if you have the choice - AVOID!

Just back from picking up my car that was in for a rear bumper re spray. The work done on the bumper is good and it was all done in a timely manner. However I have noticed damage to the wheel nuts on the rear wheels that I find disappointing. For this reason I wouldn’t use this body shop again as this is poor attention to detail. I am satisfied with the repair but not satisfied with the damage caused. If the company really are disappointed with my review they are welcome to get in touch but I have heard nothing.

All aspects of the car repair were excellent. Communication was always timely with clear information and detailed progress given by an online link. Admin staff were polite and helpful. The courtesy car I was given was small but more than adequate for my everyday needs.
Perhaps the most important aspect is the quality of the repairs. It was absolutely superb. Although my car is almost twelve years old, when I collected it, it looked like it had just left the car showroom for the first time! Many thanks to everyone at Ashgrove in Aberdeen for excellent service.

They repaired the van much quicker than expected and kept us informed all the way through.

Friendly and helpful garage. Had to wait a while for parts (not their fault) but once in the turn around was quick and I was back in my car faster than I expected.

No curtesy car provided leaving me to rely on friends for nearly 3 weeks Unhelpful attitude.After the rrply sayimg nothing on file ref cc there woildnt be as none was provided. I was told that once car was on site I woild get. So the unhelpful attitude continues

I think to improve a customers experience it would be good if you were made aware that your car is more than likely to be with the garage for at least one week,

Took a while to get the repair done (6 months wait), but understandable as there is shortage of parts, but they have done repairs to my previous Land Rover and cannot fault the quality of work and Donna dealt with things brilliantly, keeping me up to date.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. My car was with them for 2 months due to parts delivery problems which wasn’t their fault. I was kept up to date about the progress, and the finished work looks amazing. I even asked if anyone could look at one of my car keys which wasn’t working, and Andrew fitted a new battery for me free of charge. Can’t ask for better service than that. I’d recommend Ashgrove garage unreservedly.

Had a bit of a delay due to supply issues, which can't be helped, great service from staff and kept updated through out each stage of the process. Once repairs had begun car was turnaround very quickly and looks like new. 😁

Faultless simple service.

Only issue is car was small and manual but it was only for a week.
