I purchased a water hose in Greece so all instructions & warranty information were in Greek. I contacted customer service via email and they promptly and courteously gave me what I requested in English. The hose is perfect for use on my veranda in Athens!

I love my Yoyo Fitt hose. I have had it for 3 years & the spray gun started to leak. I had just bought my mother one & noticed the guarantee on hers was now 5 years. I checked out my receipt & paperwork. The guarantee stated was 3 years & I had purchased it 3 years & one day! I emailed customer service & received excellent service from Sophia & a week later received my replacement spray gun from Italy

Gentilezza e disponibilità estrema. Eccellente asssitenza, purtroppo , nel mio caso, il prodotto non mi ha soddisfatto, in quanto a distanza di qualche mese , si sono verificati, e continuano a verificarsi, getti in vari punti di piante grasse con aculei, ma dopo la prima esperienza, che ha generato un accorciamento del tubo, ora è impossibile continuare in qunto i punti interessati sono vicini al rubinetto dell'impianto idrico.
Dovrò acquistare un nuovo tubo e non penso di acquistare ancora un vs prodotto.
Mi spiace veramente.

The garden hose is really good quality. Much better than some of the products out there. After two years of heavy use it is still going strong. Also customer service is excellent. When I did have a small issue with the spray gun the customer service team were really helpful and quick to rectify the problem. I would happily recommend this to any gardener.

Meine Anfrage per Mail aus Deutschland in Englisch wurde sofort in Deutsch beantwortet, trotz Corona Restriktionen hat sich der Kundendienst in Italien um meinen Wunsch sofort gekümmert, es wurden sogar gratis die gewünschten Ersatzteile für eine Reparatur geliefert - als Bonbon bekam ich das defekte Teil (nicht Schuld der Firma sondern im Garten durch Tiere angefressen) auch als Ersatz geliefert. Das ist Kundendienst in seiner höchstmöglichen Ausprägung und entspricht der alten europäischen Handelskultur. Danke und Glückwunsch zu diesen tollen Mitarbeitern - insbesondere Sofia, Customer Care Assistant FITT S.p.A.und Chiara Vendramin. Alles Gute und herzlichen Dank

Sehr freundlicher Kundenkontakt in deutsch , toller Service . Das Produkt , ein Flexschlauch, funktioniert ausgesprochen gut , der Schlauch ist sehr leicht und dehnt sich wie angegeben, der Wasserdruck bleibt erhalten, obwohl sich der Schlauch etwas zusammenzieht . Habe mir gleich noch einen 2. Schlauch gekauft und komme so in jede Ecke des Gartens.

I was able to purchase one, but needed another, and my local garden centre was unable to supply due to Covid shortages. I also needed a link for between the two. I emailed Fitt in Italy and received a most helpful reply, so thank you.

Very quick response and very good service-spray gun was not working well and a new one was sent promptly.

The Spray Head Gun had ceased to operate and could not stop the water flow.
