Just received my order, #126347,and decided to review customer satisfaction with your product. It is clear that your endorsements by Dragons Den and Boots is completely false and misleading advertisements.
I would like a total refund.

Thank you Trustpilot. I was beginning to fall for this scam, but the reviews were getting ridiculous, so I checked on your site and yes of course it is a scam. Did not waste my money.

I haven't actually bought this, but was tempted by the endorsements, I went through the online questions and when it promised me I could lose 7 stone in a month I became suspicious! The only way that would happen if i was having multiple amputations. I came on here and read the reviews and save myself a fortune!

Thank-you trust pilot. I was about to be taken in by the fact Dragons Den name was used, thought must be real. BUT, with so many scams I thought I'd check with you first and 99% saying SCAM so I've just saved myself another waste of money being taken in by false promises. Curious to know though, did dragons den take it on,.so I have just googled that, and NO THEY DID NOT. ....BEWARE! SCAM

I've been taking FitSmart for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my weight loss efforts. I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed. However, I would like to see more information about the potential long-term effects of the ingredients.

Fatburner has been re named something else as it was a total waste of money ! Using dragons den as a marketing ploy ! Disgraceful . Never again . I never lost any weight , put on more so ! Can’t get hold of company for refund ! Scams

Absolute waste of money. Do not buy. Bought 2 bottles and no change.

Don’t fall for it due to being advertised by Dragon’s Den. It’s a completely waste of money. You will not see any results at all. Please don’t put your expectations like I did in such a fake product

I spent £129 on 3 months supply... ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MONEY. SCAM DO NOT BUY. I was taken in by the endorsements of Dragons Den and the reviews of happy customers. I have not lost any weight I have followed their recommendations and I am in my 3rd month and no results. I am very disappointed that these companies lure people in with all the fake promises.

I placed my order 3 days ago and decided to cancel after 24 hours.
To do this , I e mailed a reply to the invoice address.Fitsmart replied very quickly and arranged a refund as the order was not processed.
The refund has gone into my account today.
I thought after reading all the reviews that
I was on a loser but to be fair to
Fit smart they returned the money.

The product did not make me lose weight. sadly it has caused me to put on weight. I was on a low carb diet and followed all their recommendations.
it is interesting that they say you will see results but depends on each individual however they only have a 14 day money back guarantee.

they are false, untruthful and unprofessional and we should all spread this scammer company and product on social media for taking advantage of us.

over rated by Dragons Den, clearly doesn't work - their review on FB are all made up. very tricky as no return information. Took me forever to get their contact which is in Netherlands fitsmartio/en/return/

I was about to buy but something seemed wrong.
3 x tubs at £25 each + 2x Tubs Gratis. =£75 NOT the final price of £129 +£5 postage.
Then the questionnaire they get you to fill in. It tells me no problem in 4 x weeks you will lose 8 stone!!!

IT IS NOT POSSABLE TO LOOSE 8 STONE IN 4 WEEKS AND LIVE....!

So I will not buy so now will find another way to sort weight loss for my operation to aid walking.. this injury caused weight gain in the first place...!

Payment firms and Facebook need to remove such scams!!

Absolute scam. False advertising on Facebook. Leads you to believe this product is endorsed by Boots and Dragons den. Not true! I tried to cancel my order once I realised. But they said it was too late. Product comes from Germany, so if you are in the UK you have to pay a customs charge! I've not received the tablets yet and am in dispute with the company. Buyer beware!!

This company gets your credit card info and won’t let go. I abided by the contract, after a year in April of 2024 I sent certified letter requesting cancellation. I received confirmation of cancellation on April 30th. In June and July of 2024 they debited my account twice. When I call they say per the contract send a certified letter telling them why I want a refund. Are you serious!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous, they’re scam artists.

I too too think I've been scammed, I paid £69.70 for 30 capsules. I will try them briefly but I've also contacted my bank to protect myself against further unwanted transactions. Facebook should check these scams, I was taken in by Deborah Meadon, believing she had endorsed the product!

I've only given 1 star because I've just read the reviews. I too have spent £99 on 3 months supply of these fat burning tablets. I am hoping it's not a scam as there were a couple of good reviews, but really not confident at all.

Pity I didn't find these reviews before wasting my money.
The only difference is that I feel a bit more lively than previously.
I like so many others was taken in by the scam using dragon's den and Boots the chemist in the adverts.

I've just placed an order (Order #125028) and having read these reviews, I don't want them now.. its false advertising and should be reported... I would like to cancel my order and get a refund.
