Dan& team fitted a fence for us, they are really hard working guys and did a great job all we could here was laughter while they were working. weather was boiling,and they got the job done in 3 days, would highly recommend this company.

Johnny and Ivan were commercial fitters for fitrite and ours was there first domestic fitting. Ours was a difficult fit due to it being an old property and uneven flooring with access only through the house. They were extremely professional and courteous, they were allocated 3/ 4 days, it took five days with a 11.5 hour day to complete on the last, they were perfectionist, and we are extremely pleased with the product and service. Only let down is once fitted we never had any customer feedback call from the company. But regardless, I would highly recommend.

Happy with the decking. Adam and Taylor have done an excellent job. It was all finished on time. Very good service. Highly recommend Fitrite to everyone.

After three and half years the steps and edging of my grey decking had faded, i believed that it would be under the ten your gaurantee but no it is not. I have rang fitrite 5 times in six weeks and each time has been told someone would ring me back but as yet no one has.I cannot believe that plastic decking can fade after three and half years yet when they sell the decking to you nothing is said. i believe in the next 4 years my decking will be grey and white. All i can suggest if you have decking from fitrite when the sun comes oiut cover your decking so it cant fade

Asked for a quote and John Wade arrived dead on the time we agreed. The first thing we noticed was his enthusiasm for his product. He answered every question we asked, He went into full detail about what work would be carried out and why.
He meticulously went through all finance options as opposed to a cash sale, He has arranged a surveyor to come in and set a time for the team to come in and do the job. I will post more when the job is completed.

Very pleased with the product and the service. William Reynolds came round and talked us through our option and the merits of the material before coming up with a reasonable quote. The fitting team did a great job and the finish looks really top spec. They were helpful when discussing with my wife whether to cut away part of a pre-existing metal fence, which they did in the end to improve the general look of the area. They tidied everything up after themselves and even seem to have done a bit of weeding of the steps leading up to the decking. Would highly recommend.

Don’t ever use this company completely messed up my decking and skirts on my new static caravan nothing Level had to wait weeks for the glass now taking them to court

Jon wade what an absolute bloke he came in with an amazing attitude, he explained everything in detail he is very pationate about his job. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was really happy with his services.

Thanks to John for the initial measure and explanations. Thanks to Gary for surveying and special thanks to Skye and Jack for fitting. It took two days to fit our decking the first day was the construction of the frame and the second applying the composite. Skye and Jack worked hard in challenging heat, to provide us with beautiful decking. We can’t wait to get our furniture on it now and sit out in the sun with a glass of wine! Would recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks to John for advising, Alec for measuring, Craig and Ben for fitting and a friendly office for arranging. Not only do we have a wonderful deck but a beautiful surrounding glass balustrade, with two gates either side, to really feel it's your own private outdoor chill space! Craig & Ben worked tirelessly between pouring rain and blazing sun - nothing stopped them! Turned up on time, all in Fitrite were respectful and keen to get it right for us, which they did, exceeding expectation with the finished product.

From the first contact requesting a quotation for the supply and installation of a composite decking,everything was professionally carried out, from Jodi in admin, to the installation team,
Chris the representative contacted us for a visit, the price was more than the two other quotes we had, but the others couldn't or be bothered to adapt to our requirements, so we accepted the fitrite quotation, which we are very glad we did, the procedures went as planned, the installation team arrived SKYE & JACK they got on removing the old wooden decking.
They installed the new decking and two balustrades (with our own metal infill metal spindles) and were very meticulous in what they were doing, once completed they cleaned the decking, these two lads are a CREDIT to how fitrite carry out these installations, all we can say is we are delighted in our decking.
We would also like to thank the staff who made this possible.

Had the decking done with Fit Rite, a big thanks to Adam, Alex and Mick who all did a great job. They worked really hard for 8 days to get our decking done starting early staying late and keeping us upto date with what was happening. They even made some slight changes to our original plans to make the finished deck look even better. Thanks very much guys for your attention to detail 👍🏻

When purchasing my decking, I was told the the quote provided would be all inclusive with no hidden costs. A few days after I agreed the overall price and paid the deposit, I was then told it would be an additional £2.5K to do the work. In the end I cancelled everything. Just be careful when they tell you there is no hidden costs as in my case there were.
