Hi, sorry to hear of this we were not aware of this situation. we don't send emails saying this either. The couriers who deliver your water will have attempted delivery and found nobody home. We did not receive any emails from you to ask for help and for us to find out what has happened.. If you want to email us and will look into this for you?

Non existent communication
Spent £140 on water however received no shipping notifications or sent confirmation. Over the last few days i have tried to call to cancel my order and also sent an email daily however nobody has got back to me or returned my calls

Hi Barry, sorry for the inconvenience we did add a banner on the website to say we were away from the 3rd to the 17th and so any deliveries would be delivered on return. We did issue your refund as soon as we returned and apologise for the inconvenience.

I have the saltwater delivered every 2 weeks. Soft corals are really doing well

I've been going to Fit Filtration for several years now and find them always helpful and very polite, Paul who is the proprietor is always on hand and will do his upmost to help you with any problems you my have with your tank and always gives very good advice, Paul has years of experience so is very educated when it comes to marine fish and corals plus they have a very extensive choice of dry goods and food, big thank you Paul

Hi Lee, thank you for your review it's appreciated. Sometimes the RO water can rise when placed in barrels if any manufacturing film has managed to raise the TDS or the DI resin may have been depleted earlier than expected... We do our best to maintain a low TDS as possible ideally. aiming for a 0 reading by the time the customer receives the water..
Perfect fish water delivered quickly
I was dealing with a pH crash and found fit filtration through a google search. Paul was very helpful and despatched the water quickly. It saved my fish so I give fit filtration my highest recommendation. Buy with complete confidence. Also the bottles are easy to shake when you have added salt!
