Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We really appreciate it!
SO much better than online courses
It has been so enjoyable doing Cert III & IV with Fit College in person. I attempted an online course a couple of years ago with another provider and dumped it because it was terrible. This time around I only wanted to study in-person and it's been a fantastic experience. I've been training for a few years & worked with my own coach so I had a good level of foundational knowledge, and I’ve still learned much more than I expected to. The biggest benefits are being able to apply the practical learning immediately, working with a variety of peers all with different movement patterns and levels of fitness, seeing how my programming works in practice (not role plays) and having an industry professional to learn from and bounce ideas off in real time. It's fast-paced but well worth the investment.

Thank you so much for this incredible review Jen! This is everything we try to achieve here at FIT College. It makes us so happy to know that you enjoyed doing the course with us and couldn't agree with you more - studying face to face in a classroom really is the best way to get qualified as a Personal Trainer. We wish you all of the very best with your new career in the fitness industry - please don't be a stranger, we love to know where our students end up after graduating :-)
5 Stars
Good instruction, good content, useful activities. The way the course is run and structured is very well done and the support systems are useful. All knowledge acquired was useful and applicable to the PT industry.
The only criticism I have is the interactive pdfs that have a lot of formatting issues with filling text into the different cells.

Read contracts
Be careful when signing up and ensure you are 100% sure the course is for you as there is virtually no flexibility if your circumstances change.

Thank you for your feedback. Our courses are intentionally short and intensive, and we make this clear during enrolment because students need to be ready to commit. Our face-to-face programs also have limited seats, so when someone enrols, we hold that place for them. That is why it is important to be confident the course is right for you before signing the contract.
Entering any payment plan requires reading and understanding the agreement, just like you would when taking out a loan for a car. We encourage every student to take their time, ask questions, and make sure they are fully prepared before committing. We value your input and will continue working to ensure our enrolment process is clear and supportive.

I'm so glad that I chose to do the full-time, in-person Cert 3 course at the Bond Street gym - it was awesome!
Our trainers - Michael and Jess - were both really knowledgeable, approachable and fun which helped bring the course to life. I really enjoyed all the practical sessions and learning from both my trainers and classmates. I would 100% recommend this course!

Go elsewhere
The 7 week in person course for the cert 4 is NOT the way to go. Signed up for the 7 weeks in person to start and finish it after starting online and realising online wasn't for me, but no one in my class even completed the course and had their cert by the end of the 7 weeks. Then I was left to do it online after with very poor support.

Hi Monique,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience in the 7-week in-person Cert IV course.
After reviewing your file, we can see that our education and student support teams provided extensive assistance throughout your studies. You were given a complimentary course extension (valued at $150), regular guidance from your educator Michael, and ongoing invitations to both our weekly face-to-face support sessions and twice-weekly online support sessions.
It’s important to note that the 7-week in-person course is a fast-paced, intensive program that requires a high level of attendance and participation — approximately 80% of the course is completed on campus. Unfortunately, you were frequently late or absent from class, which made it difficult to complete the required coursework within the scheduled timeframe. Our team made every effort to help you catch up and provided additional opportunities for support outside of class hours.
We’re pleased to confirm that you did go on to complete and receive your Certificate IV in Fitness, and we sincerely congratulate you on achieving this qualification.
While we’re proud of the support we offer, we appreciate all feedback and will continue to refine our delivery to ensure every student has the best chance of success.
Wishing you all the best in your future fitness career,
The Fit College Team

My teacher Jules is great. The website is terrible regularly deleting work. The support from the team is pretty useless, students had been unable to access their learning programs for weeks. The reply time from the team is rather terrible as-well regarding any questions or if locked out of an assignment The feedback on assessment is incredibly inconsistent unless it’s directly from Jules or Nick who do a great job at being direct with what you need to do. The resource at the campus I was at for cert 3 were terrible, regularly had no internet and students had to use mobile data and hot spot there phones. Gym was busy and there was no space for us to be creative.

Hi Henry,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your frustrations with parts of your study experience - that’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We’re glad to hear your positive comments about Jules and Nick - they’re both valued members of our team who take great pride in supporting their students. Regarding the technical issues you mentioned, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. While occasional platform updates can sometimes affect access, our Student Support Team works hard to resolve these matters as quickly as possible and provide regular updates to affected students.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the campus facilities. In response to similar concerns, we have recently relocated to a new, larger, and upgraded campus to provide a better overall learning environment. Prior to this move, we invested significant time and resources working with our previous host venue to improve internet reliability and student access; however, after careful consideration, we determined that relocating was the best long-term solution to ensure a consistently high-quality experience for all students.
Our support team is dedicated and genuinely cares about helping every student succeed. They handle a high number of enquiries and always strive to respond promptly and thoroughly. We’re continually reviewing our systems and processes to ensure smoother communication and improved response times.
If you’d like to discuss your experience further, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly at 1300887017 we’d really like the opportunity to make things right.

Everything
Everything, from teaching to marking to wifi to any issue, fit college is not organised and very frustrating education to have to go through as one of the teachers was extremely difficult to put up with. We pay rough 7k each and you can’t even give us working wifi, good educators or our stuff marked on time. I will never refer anyone to this place and in fact if someone told me they were studying there I would try get them out. All fit colllege seems to care about is money making and then can’t even supply correct resources. 0/10

Hi Cortney,
We’re very sorry to hear that this was your experience, as it’s certainly not what we aim for at FIT College. We take all feedback seriously and are disappointed to learn that your time with us didn’t reflect the supportive and organised environment we work hard to provide for our students.
That said, we can see that you successfully completed both your Certificate III and IV in Fitness - congratulations on achieving this milestone! We’re genuinely pleased that, despite the challenges you mentioned, you were able to complete your qualifications and move forward in your fitness career.
Please know that we genuinely care about every student’s journey and success - both during their studies and beyond. We believe the educator you may be referring to is no longer with the company, and we’ve since made improvements to ensure consistency in teaching, communication, and overall student experience.
