Fisher German Omdömen 

After two weeks had not responded to a Contact Us form. When followed up by writing to their enquiries email address, it failed with "Something went wrong and your message couldn't be delivered"

The worse estate agent I have ever dealt with, rented a house for a decade and in the beginning they were fine. But then staff come and go, repairs take months to complete, the attitude of the so called partners stinks.
They ignore communication, and act like gods.

What kind of agency has no emergency repair number or reporting system in place, anything goes wrong your on your own.

Treat tenants like dirt, I had the misfortune of dealing with the Market Harborough branch. They lie, and try to cover themselves when they don't even follow up on basic things, like making sure the gas boiler is serviced. Two years pasted before I arranged my own service.

Appalling all round, Never Again!

Initial consultation was good, then was just led down a garden path, never any intention of moving forwards with proposal and communication was horrendous. Genuinely would avoid at all costs, awful.

Highly unprofessional and dishonest, this company should be avoided at all costs. They employ deceptive tactics to unlawfully retain deposits and manipulate tenants with the loopholes they create. It baffles me why any property owner would choose to entrust this company with their affairs

Extremely unprofessional , we had dealings with the Liverpool branch all seemed fine in the beginning of the process but soon went very sour with this one particular letting agent .
Initially was told I could go ahead and rent a small lock up but then was given unreasonable and untrue reasons as to why the process of renting said lock up could not go ahead .
LATE FOR MEETINGS AT PROPERTY
VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT IN PERSON AND IN EMAILS.
HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROPERTY .
when I called him to see if the meeting was still going ahead he answered the phone and then purposely put the phone down , he was unaware I was stood in the same vicinity at this point . Then he had the nerve to offer us a dilapidated ,run down ,damp unit ,which had been broken into a few times and very unsecured.

Please save yourself a lot of money and time and don’t use these people.

Unbelievable. Pay £4k a month and had my entire weekend ruined by a shooting party that turned up, no notice from the agents, and ran amok around the property. Dogs and humans going to the toilet wherever and regardless of the fact it was our garden. Surely someone from the agency should have warned us. We couldn’t get our 10 year old from his chorister session as they had blocked us in. Nasty entitled individuals who Don’t care anbout anything but themselves and that goes for the agents too.

Horrendous company, they will block you're interest in a rental at every move and try to get you to rent higher priced locations siting problems with change of use etc. Baffling and disgusting behaviour.

I appointed Fisher German as joint agents to sell my commercial property for sale, full credit they found me a buyer , however through out the whole transaction I felt my agents were batting for the buyer rather than me(especially as I am paying them a commission to sell my property) to the point under duress I was asked to pay legal fees which buyer should have paid as they were not happy with tennancy agreement. The tennancy agreement had worked fine for me for several years, I agreed on the basis only if completion took place by specific date! This did not happen and inspite of a delay of 20 days I was made to feel I was being unreasonable by Fisher German.
They were supposed to be my agents and I am paying for their services instead all along I felt they were batting for the other team

MY VIEW WAS CONFIRMED AS THEY ARE NOW ACTING FOR BUYERS! An obvious conflict of interest if this had been agreed prior to my sale being completed!
