Shocking!!!
Unfortunately I wouldn’t give this company even one star. Do not touch them. They tried to charge my parents over £6000 for doing a small bit of loft insulation around the eaves. This did not include the whole floor or the roof. On getting a second opinion, they don’t even need to get it done as what is already there is sufficient. Ripping off the old folk again. You should be ashamed!!!

Excellent service and fantastic customer care. I have had the loft insulation since September, and it is very warm, and a great investment.
Any issues or queries, the company is always available to kindly assist and that wonderful after care, makes a huge difference.

Roof Installation …
Installation of the insulation was excellent carried out by three hard -working guys.
Follow up visit was prompt and my mind was put at ease about any uncertainties.

Lovely people
I was advised to remove my spray foam, due to issues in the loft and surrounding spray foam itself. All the staff and workers have been lovely, they worked tirelessly in very hot conditions couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Harrison, was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and we felt we were in safe hands. Having just bought the home in March, the full roof health check made us aware of some concerning historic moisture issues, which we wouldn’t have known about if the company hadn’t had reached out. Insulation top and Bottom
Had im roof insulated by first stop they did a fantastic job. Upon coming back at my request to check it, they found my fiberglass was covered in mould and is being replaced. Couldn't recommend first stop enough to anyone who needs insulation, price and workmanship has been amazing.

Spray foam removal from loft 63 square m2. The surveyor was very helpful explaining everything clearly and also advised I get a EPC certificate to add value to my house as I don’t have one currently.

Resolved and happy
Didn't have a great start, however after our new product was fitted, and Harrison came to retest our loft. Our issues have now been resolved and we have successful warm roof installed. Moisture readings have come down and we can see on thermal imaging that its working.

Very pleased with product and installation
George surveyed our loft, was very pleasant, gave useful information and a reasonable quote for Superquilt insulation to be installed. Installers, John and Branden, were charming, quick and tidy. Worked their socks off and completed the work ahead of schedule. My only problem with this company is the fact that the Operations Co-ordinator 'phoned and asked for the balance of money owed only a few minutes after the installers had left our property! We found this to be rather unnerving as, in our experience, it is very unusual to be asked for money over the phone within minutes of the work being completed, rather than being invoiced.
