I would highly recommend the parent and baby class! It was so thorough and informative. I feel more confident with the weaning process now.

It was easy to book and Charlotte was super friendly. The e-learning aspect was well laid out and straightforward to complete. I liked that it combined text with audio as well as videos and quizzes throughout to test knowledge prior to the final assessment. On the day of in-person training, Jess was so informative. It was wonderful to learn from someone with so much hands on experience. She was also incredibly knowledgeable and sensitive to various scenarios and made me feel completely at ease. The class was so informative and would highly recommend to all parents! I feel a lot more confident with caring for my baby in an emergency situation. Being able to practice in class was super helpful and had the chance to ask any questions over a coffee and biscuit break, which was very nice

A really fun and accessible period of BLS & AED training. Instructional tempo was perfect with a very professional delivery suitable for the audience. All supplied equipment was to a high standard and provided 'realistic' scenario, especially the choking training aid. Charlotte & Jess managed the room extremely well. Highly recommend this package

The trainer was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to relax into the course because of the trainers approach. The mix of practical and theory teaching and applying real life scenarios helped taking in the information.
