Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused. Your order was held up by a delivery issue with the courier, and we should have kept you better informed about the replacement and its tracking while that was being sorted. We’re glad this has now been resolved and your mats are with you. We appreciate your patience and the feedback, which helps us improve, and if there’s anything further we can do, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
