Our guests loved having a shuttle service to and from the venue! They arrived on time, blasted the AC, and were very courteous.

The driver was very friendly and professional. While we waited for everyone to arrive to load the bus. She welcomed one our younger youth questions about bus driving. But most importantly she got us there and back safely. Great job!

You did what you said you were going to do. No Curveballs. Made the reservation, confirmed the reservation, charged the credit card as expected, etc. Plus communication was good with the dispatcher and driver. And the driver, Pandora, was GREAT!

The driver and bus never showed. No one answered the “after hours” numbers and I didn’t receive a call back.

Driver did not have directions or was confused on where she was going.

Mr Tom was great with our students. He was very clear what he expected from them on the bus to get them to their destination safely. We appreciate him driving us.

Our shuttle was completely paid for on the 10/31/2022 and for our event 11/5/2022 our shuttle never showed up. Called about 2 weeks in advance and confirmed the reservation. We tried to call the both day of phone number and the after hours number and they went straight to voicemail. Very disappointed in your services. We are expecting a full refund since no service or communication was provided

On Saturday October 1st, going to Deer Creek State park, our driver was Christina, I hope I got her name right, she was amazing, an outstanding person. Such a positive attitude and very professional.

First Student out of Xenia, Ohio, is great to work with!

The bus company that provided our transportation (from Xenia, OH) was absolutely terrific. They were friendly and did a great job running shuttles for our wedding.

Our guest also appreciated that their busses were air conditioned.

I would say it is very hard to get in touch with a person at the First Charter phone line. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get a call back. But when I called the Xenia bus company directly they were very happy to make the change I needed.

We got a late start, but that was due to directions and that seatbelts were needed when transporting younger children. This was a trip for a childcare center.

I really like your service. I recommend for everyone. Bless you .

Day of service was great! The only thing keeping me from saying 5 stars is that the booking process took a lot of time and multiple calls with a few complications. Everything else was great and easy!
