Bus driver was very professional, polite, and on- time. The bus company came through with my school’s request of a bus in less than 24 hours.

On July 12, 2022, I reserved a school bus for a local field trip. According to the contract, I could cancel the trip for a refund as long as I cancelled within 5 days of our trip. On July 18th, I called to cancel and was on hold for at least 15 minutes or more with no answer. I used the call back feature so that a representative would call me back. I never received a call back. I called back and left a message and explained that I would like to cancel the reservation and still did not receive a call back. On July 19th, I decided to use the quote request form and include to explain the situation in hopes that someone would contact me. On the day of the scheduled trip, the bus (which we did not need) showed up. Needless to say, we were charged for the trip, although it was not our fault that we could not cancel. I would like a full refund for our trip.

We had a great experience from start to finished! Setting up, payment, communication and bus arrival went so smoothly. Our driver was fantastic and so easy to work with!

THis was a good experience for our children and staff. The only concern was the late arrival of the bus, but fortunately the destination was close by and the field trip sponsor was flexible in extending our time at the venue. We had no safety concerns!

Generally it was a good first week. Dwayne and Janita are wonderful. We had a issue with one of the bus driver and they took care of it.

On time, friendly service, and were willing to wait a few extra minutes when they were taking guests home from my wedding! The price was also less then all of the competitors by a significant margin. Sometimes the hold time on the phone was a little long, but the service when talking to people to organize transportation was always excellent.

Great experience working with first charter!!

No complaints about the bus drivers as they were very nice, friendly and helpful. The only complaint and the reason for a rating of 3 versus a 5 is that the first pick up of the evening at 10 O’clock never happened and our guests were left stranded until the later scheduled buses arrived at 11. We paid for a 1:30 run, two runs one at 4:15 and one at 4:30 and the three runs at the end of the evening one at 10, one at 11 and one at 11:15. Included was an additional amount to cover a third driver due to the early bus working more than 8 hrs. Did not see a third driver.

We used the company for a 30th birthday party. The driver was great and the organization from the in office staff made it the easiest reservation process. We will definitely be using the service again in the future.

We had a few miscommunications with the drivers for our event. They did not seem to be aware of the overall event and that they would be looping students back and forth. We also had 2 buses leave their shift early which caused a lot of stress on my end to make sure we had enough space for the students to return to campus.

I had 7 busses. On the bus I personally was on, something was forgotten and the driver came back to drop it off for us which was amazing. Of the other 6 drivers, I only received a complaint about one of them- reckless/aggressive driving. Some passengers said they were not comfortable on the bus. The other drivers were great though.

Our bus driver was so great and accommodating. He arrived on time, picked us up on time and was even willing to go above and beyond and adjust to our plans as they changed. Which he definitely did not have to do. He was very kind and helpful and made our trip run so smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Our driver was prompt and patient. We hired a bus to drive some rowdy bridesmaids and groomsman around a traffic filled Philadelphia. He was friendly and got us everywhere on time and safe. I highly recommend booking!
