Our driver, Paul, was amazing and made the trip very pleasant and safe. The bus arrived on time and was waiting to depart when scheduled. Everything was smooth sailing.

First Charter provided three shuttles for our wedding, between Peabody and Ipswich, MA. They were great to work with and provided seamless transportation for our guests to and from the venue, for a reasonable price. The buses were clean, drivers were friendly, and we even got air conditioning (which is not always available but they found them for us). Thank you First Charter!

We're into the 3rd week of 6 and so far my team has ZERO complaints! Buses arrive early and arrive on time. The drivers are knowledgeable and friendly. Booking was easy and they were able to invoice me in a manner that I requested.

I would give zero stars if I could . I am going to make it my goal that no body I know ever uses this company for any important event. They were over an hour late to pick my guests up for my wedding which caused me to lose more than an hour of time with my venue, photographer, harpist and many other vendors that were all extremely expensive. I am considering legal action as this seriously impacted my wedding that I had put over 100 thousand dollars into.

I just thought booking the charter could be more streamlined and more automated. I am not use to having to call a rep and be on the phone for 20 or more minutes. In most companies you fill out the information, get a quote and then you accept or deny. Working at a school does not allow for long conversations so that was a bit discouraging also after I booked I had to wait to see if we had a driver which is kinda backpaddling. I should not get a confirmation of a booking until you are sure you have a driver. But the Rep was very sweet and professional. Maybe create a google form and upload it to your website???

The buses were on time and the bus drivers were very nice. The only thing I did not like was that I wasn't made aware that I would incur a fee for booking the buses within 5 days of the trip until I was in the 5 day window.

One of our bus drivers got lost on the way to the event, making students late and delaying the start of the evening.

We got married on 9/16/22 and used First Charter for 2 school buses for our guests. They were wonderful to work with from the time of booking! Very affordable as well. Also, one of our guests left her phone and purse on the bus and hey delivered it directly back to the hotel which was amazing!! Would highly suggest them!

We have only worked with First Student for our transportation needs, so there really is no other service to compare them with. We have always found their driver's to be courteous, friendly, and good driver's. The most important aspect of their service is that when things go wrong, and there will absolutely be things that go wrong, they do everything they can to make sure situations are corrected.

What an amazing driver we had!!! Our guests had an absolute blast on the school bus listening to music, while on the way back to the venue. Thanks so much for everything!
