Disappointed
I rented 3 buses for my wedding guests and all 3 failed to show up. When we called all 5 of the phone numbers on the invoice, not a single one picked up. My venue coordinator continued to call for hours during my wedding since First Student is one of their preferred vendors. She was able to get in contact with someone and they said they had no records of my trip, my contact info, or even my payment even though I received a payment confirmation email. All my guests either drove themselves or ubered and missed cocktail hour.

We paid for bus services after our wedding. The bus driver left 25 minutes early, leaving behind the bride and groom. Services we paid for and signed a contract for were not delivered.

Could’ve been a little better.
The process to rent a bus for our wedding was seamless and the representatives were extremely helpful. The bus was on time to the hotel to pick everyone up and drop them off. However, at the end of the night, we wish they would’ve waited just a few minutes for any remaining guests, considering I (the groom) and wife were going to get on the bus back to the hotel, but left without us.

I needed to rent a bus for my winter formal, but I struggled figuring out all the details. First Bus Charter Company was extremely insightful and helpful for me to organize a successful trip there and back. The bus driver was lovely and great at communicating with me. The pricing was good, the drive was smooth, the promptness was great. I will definitely recommend this bus company to my friends for more dances!!
