The dispatcher took time to explain the exact route we would take and gave me telephone numbers in case we had any questions. Our drivers were knowledgeable about the route, caring about the people on the bus and just so friendly. They went above and beyond to be sure we had a great experience.

First Charter is a far less expensive option when looking for a transportation for a large group. Our group had an awesome time. Our driver was careful and courteous.

I Hired first student for my wedding thinking it would be such a unique cool experience. I was told it would be equipped for music to be connected via Bluetooth to make the ride more fun for our guest, the bus driver said she didn't have this connection option. We even had to pay additional $100.00 to be able to have food and alcoholic beverages on bus which wasn't worth it seeing as we couldn't enjoy music and be able to even move around. We were forced to stay seated and felt like a grammar school field trip. I will never use them again.

We used First Student for bussing for a tournament and had a great experience. We were very happy to be working with the team

The bus didn't show up. We had 50 varsity student-athletes waiting to get to a football game. Not only did it affect our kids, it messed with our opponent's Homecoming event. Very, very disappointing.

As a Center Director, I am a little nerve as I send off the younger children on a bus. When I met Kristen Paul , our bus driver, I was so happy! She was professional, caring and the staff told me that is was the best we have had as a driver. I will be asking for her going forward. Thank you for our great trip Kristen!

The bus shuttle was a fantastic experience! The driver was in contact with both people on the contract the day of to communicate the schedule, contact phone number for the driver, and willingness to perform as many shuttle trips as needed for guests going to and from our wedding venue and hotel. The company gave us guidance on how we could decorate the bus and provide a personalized experience for our guests. The company was very responsive with phone calls and emails of the contract. Overall a wonderful experience and will use them again!

Communication was excellent all around. The driver showed up early round trip to make sure everything was correct. Very happy and great experience.
