Our bus driver for my niece’s wedding was awesome. The whole process of setting up the transportation was quick and easy and they were extremely responsive to inquiries.

We hired first charter for a shuttle for our wedding. The shuttle never showed up, and they didn't have a back up bus, leaving about 75+ guests stranded at our venue. Do not trust this company.

Everything went smoothly. Our driver was so nice and patient with us. Our trip was suppose to end at 9 and it was 905 when he dropped us off. He was great. We tried to be good students too. HAHA !!!!!

Everything went perfect with our buses for our wedding. They made sure we had all our wedding decor and that everyone was on the bus and able to get home safely.

The bus driver was exactly where she needed to be, and on time. She was very friendly, and I would definitely recommend this service to others.

If we hadn't had such an amazing and sweet driver, this would likely be a 1-star review. I reached out for a quote via their website submission form (luckily months before the event) and didn't hear back for 10 days. I only received one when I called them. I gave my credit card information for a deposit and received a receipt.

Three days before the event, I called to make a change. I was warned on the phone that the change would incur a $50 fee since it was less than 5 days before the event. It did seem silly that we were cutting our service time down from 4 to 2 hours and then paying additional money on top of not getting a reduction, but I understood that we had taken the time slot from others and that's why it needed to be charged. Fine.

Once I relayed the change that I needed to the woman on the phone, she told me to please hold while she contacted the local center that would be supplying the bus. When she got back on the phone, she said that they weren't picking up the phone, and that because she couldn't get ahold of them, the change couldn't be confirmed and it's possible that no one would pick us up at all. I told her I wish that she had let me know that by making a change I was risking the entire reservation (even though our times hadn't changed, just shortened), but she just said it was in the terms and conditions.

She had a pretty terrible attitude and when I told her I was dissatisfied with the way she hadn't relayed this info ahead of time, she got kind of snarky. I understand that it was likely part of the contract that had been sent to me months ago - I just wish that she had had a bit more compassion for someone whose trip they had been planning for months could potentially be cancelled, and offered some amount of sympathy or advice.

Anyway, our driver was a total sweetheart. She was accommodating and chatted with us and helped us to have a great time.

The bus was late it was suppose to be here at 7:45 Am and showed up an hour late. I was upset due to the fact we has a schedule to follow. Otherwise the bus driver was very kind and attentive.

The bus showed up 40 minutes late to pick up our guests at the hotel. Our guests thought the bus was a no show so they ended up driving themselves. We had to delay our wedding start time due to this bus company. A majority of our guests didn’t utilize the bus because it arrived super late. Very unhappy with the service and was added stress on my wedding day.

The customer service from start to finish was AWESOME! The person that scheduled it with us was so helpful (I believe her name was Jill) and our driver the day of was so sweet, always had a smile on under her mask and was so flexible with what we needed to accomplish for the wedding day! This is my 2nd time using this company and I will do it for any large group transportation needs. THANK YOU TO ALL!
