My fiancé and I had our wedding in May and one of the best choices we made was to have first charter buses safely bring our guests to and from our venue. We had two buses to shuttle guests and the hired drivers were more than helpful! They patiently awaited everyone to get on board and assisted any guests with physical limitations. Our driver (Ben) was excellent. Made our night fun and safe. We were in a fairly remote location, and there were no problems. Typical school bus, but he had a speaker and fun lights! Fun time!

We were absolutely blown away by our experience with First Charter Bus Rental. We hired them for our wedding and they were professional, timely, and altogether wonderful. The busses first went to the wrong address, then called me. I was not the first point of contact. Finally they made it to the pick up location but were late. Most of our guests barely made it on time for the wedding. Neither bus had AC either, which is my fault I guess for not asking before booking. Then the busses were trying to leave early, the departure time was 1015 and they were rushing to leave right at 10. One bus driver, Phil, was driving very dangerously. He was driving in multiple lanes including the break down lane and got lost on the way home. Overall, I would not recommend and am very disappointed
