Driver Q was great! He was respectful, punctual, and great with the kids.

The bus was perfect and reasonable. They were very prompt,our event was a wedding in August and the bus was cool. They ran the route we discussed with no problems.

The bus drivers were great. Ended up helping them with directions to different events but that made up for changing some of the picking up locations we made on the fly to help make loading/unloading easier. Thank you crrew for working with us!

I hired First Charter to shuttle wedding guests for my daughter's wedding. The busses were on time and clean. The drivers, Rachel and John, were courteous and pleasant to everyone. They shuttled guests from the hotel to the church to the venue and then back to hotel. It was a long day for them but when the guests were all shuttled back to the hotel they were still courteous and upbeat. Thank you First Charter for making the day easy for our 100+ guest to travel. I'd highly recommend First Charter Bus.

We rented a First Charter Bus for 4 very different days in Kansas City, KS.
Day 1 - the bus was waiting for us at the airport when our flight arrived!
Day 2 - the bus was timely for each of our adventures from Independence, MO to Union Station/Crown Center, to Shawnee KS!
Day 3 - another stellar transportation day to downtown KC then to Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun!
We had the same driver, Ron, all three of these days! Ron was great, knowledgeable of KC sites, upbeat and very nice!
Day 4 Kenneth was our driver. He was dependable, on time, got us to the airport timely!
This entire transportation experience for 25 people could not have been smoother.
A huge shout out to Christina, our transportation coordinator! Her attention to detail was exceptional which was the key to the success of each day for all of us - including our driver(s)! Thank you all!

Mr. Q and Rachel were both awesome! They arrived early and picked us up on time. So glad we had them!

We arrived early into Kansas City airport.
Kyle was tracking our flight number, realized we were getting in early. He drove right to the door closest to our arrival gate. As we walked out the door he pulled right up. We were a good 1/2 hour before our scheduled pickup time.

Then he graciously allowed us to stop for take out food as we had not eaten in over 12 hours.

Happily waited the few minutes we needed, then drove us to our hotel.

Kyle was by far the best part of our journey to Kansas City !! A real welcome to a city we were unfamiliar with. A true ambassador for both the city and First Charter Bus Line !!

We are already looking forward to our return trip to the airport with Kyle !!

Everyone on the bus was very pleased with the service. They had a good time. Everything went well.

I was told by my bus monitors that the drivers were rude and didn't really listen to them when they tried to tell them where to park and let them out. They also didn't pull all the way up into the circle drive of the initial pick up and final drop off spot and made everyone walk further in the cold to get on and off. They still came on time and everything, but for how much money that is charged for this service, you'd think they'd want to provide better customer interaction. I don't know where this came from either because I had called the company and spoke with them many times prior to the event and everyone was so nice and helpful, the drivers on the actual day were just not.

Brian was an amazing driver and the bus was on time at the right location! We could not have asked for anything better!

Our driver was so pleasant and friendly. We loved every minute of our trip and experinence.
