Frist Student worked with us to make sure our wedding party would be transported from our hotel to our venue. Bus driver passed out his card with number and text during the night to update.

Bus driver arrived on time but it was downhill after that. We rented a school bus to transport people from a hotel to a venue for our wedding. It was a 37 mile trip, that should have taken around 40 minutes. He was to leave the hotel at 4:30 so we could have everyone there and off the bus by 5:15. They arrived late and we had to push the ceremony back.

We then were to have the driver take 2 trips from the venue to the hotel to take attendees home at the end of the night. Even though we had the bus rented until 1:00am the next morning and the first ride home was at 10:30pm, the driver refused to take two trips saying that “we only had the bus rented until 11:30” even though I showed him the receipt that said 1am. Again, the ride was 37 miles so 74 miles round trip to get back to us, and the second shuttle didn’t leave until 12:41am. All the attendees at my wedding had to wait 41 minutes outside in the cold for a bus that we gave plenty of time to get there and back. It took him more than 2 hours to get the second shuttle on the road.

What makes it more frustrating is that I was told I would be charged for going over the time limit even though I have 100 witnesses from the wedding saying it was completely the driver’s fault.

He clearly did not want to work longer and was trying to get out of his responsibilities, which made my wedding suffer.

We recently rented a bus for shuttling guests from their hotels to our daughter's wedding reception and back to their hotels. Our driver, James, was punctual, polite, and a pleasure to work with! Our worry level about guests leaving the reception was diminished as we knew they were being safely transported.

Adequate for what we needed. Our driver was good and very professional. He wasn't overly friendly or chatty but got the job done. The bus arrived on time and got us there on time. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was the cleanliness of the bus. I was a little surprised at how dirty the floors, walls and seats were. It wasn't filthy but it was obvious it hadn't had a good cleaning in awhile. There was dirt and hair on the floor and in between the seats and wall. Especially during COVID concerns I'd expect it to be much cleaner.

Overall, good experience with the bus driver and the ride! However, there was no A/C. This was not mentioned when we had booked the service. Therefore, make sure you ask about this especially if you have a summer wedding.

We were so pleased with this service and would do it again in the future! Witt such a large group it was a great choose for us! We had a group of 32 and got great. The driver was so nice and friendly to everyone!

We used First Charter for a 2 year old bday parade and it did not disappoint. Jeff our driver was beyond perfect, and really made my daughters birthday special. He took his time and let her enjoy the bus from the outside and in, and interacted with her (covid safely). The service was phenomenal and I would totally use this company again just based on this experience.
