We had an absolutely fantastic experience with First Student Charter Bus Rental Bus Company Name for our recent event transportation!
From the initial booking process, Debbie provided truly excellent customer service. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured we had all the relevant information and details needed for our trip. Her clarity and responsiveness made the planning stress-free.
On the day of the event, our driver, Nasir, was absolutely amazing. He provided great, professional service, was punctual, and navigated the route flawlessly. He was courteous and made the journey comfortable for everyone.

Outstanding Service, company and drivers
We had 2 drivers for event last evening and they were so great. Helpful, accommodating. I would highly recommend First Charter and the drivers that handled our event. I will be calling next time we have an event.

Booking is simple!

Overall - Very good
The booking experience was cumbersome. It is hard to say multiple stops for multiple days. We had a few delays in the afternoon pickups with the ''stuck in traffic''. You had no pick ups before our afternoon run and you know the area. 15 minutes+ later? Morning pickups drivers were prompt. All drivers were pleasant to work with.
