Our program relies on First Student for its summer camp. First Student is always our first choice because they show up as scheduled, the drivers are friendly, and prices are competitive. This past summer, we were to obtain the use of a school's bus. On the day of the field trip, we learned that the bus was in the shop. We were told at 7:30 am and the kids were coming at 9 am. I called First Student and they got a bus and driver for us that morning. That is service above and beyond!!

The driver did not pick up students until 6:15pm
Driver was 35 minutes late.
Weather was raining and students were getting wet.
