From the start, First Student was super responsive and provided all of the insurance and other information that I needed to meet our requirements. They followed up in a timely fashion, and I knew our reservation was secure and taken care of. Our bus driver, Oslam, was kind and reliable.
Very impressive experience! I look forward to using First Student in the future.

Wonderful Shuttle
Our shuttle experience was perfect for our wedding. Guests loved it. They made a accommodation to add a wheelchair on the spot. Professional, safe and I would use them 10/10 again.

We had a great experience with First Charter Bus Rental! Our bus was on time, our driver was excellent (and very patient with our intoxicated wedding guests), and the AC on the bus was a big plus on the hot September day. Definitely a 5 star experience.
