The Booking experience was very helpful and complete regarding information needed and steps to completing the process. When we needed to update the reservation, the contact was again very helpful. The bus driver was wonderful and courteous and kind an respectful and extremely accommodating and safety conscious too.

We had two school buses.
Both drivers were friendly and helpful. They talked with the kids and really listened to them with their answers.
One thing I did not like was both buses did not have air-condition. When you are traveling more then an hour in the month of August with high air quality, you probably should send a bus with air. In past years the buses always had air. I know now to request air.

Charlie was personable.
Only real problem was getting lost on the way to the last stop. Should have taken 10 minutes and it took him 40. Not sure what happened but the riders were upset.

The drivers were on time to drop off folks & on time to pick them off. Prior to the event, the company was very communicative whenever I called with questions. Thank you!

Overall it was a great experience, my only complaint is there was no flexibility with shuttle times. I wanted to fiddle with times by a half hour to an hour to accommodate our exact wedding schedule and was told no. The schedule ran by your terms and not the customer, I setup and printed a schedule for our wedding guests and the drivers did their own schedule which led to complete chaos and miscommunication since it was different. Otherwise everything was great to my knowledge.

Bus drivers were professional, timely, and communicated well

Our Driver, Enya, was fantastic. She was prompt, kind, and a responsible and careful driver. We really appreciate her efforts to make our experience great!

The bus ride was awesome, however we were told to be loaded and ready to go for 1:00. We exited the game early with our kiddos to be on time, and the bus drivers were upset because buses were blocked in and couldn't depart. Our students had to wait outside on the sidewalk for over 1/2 hour. Our students were upset because they had to miss the last portion of the game, and it was very difficult to keeping them occupied because we couldn't. load our students on the bus until all buses were ready to pull away.

Sue, our bus driver, was super nice. She had to shuttle back and forth 6 times, and she did all with a smile and a positive attitude!

We used First Charter to get students to and from our museum for a major field trip after our original bus plans fell through at the last minute. The staff worked really hard to make this happen even though we gave very little notice. Can not thank the schedulers and drivers enough for helping us out.

Overall a good experience. We had booked a bus for the night of our wedding. The actual service was great, however the paperwork beforehand was a pain. We had several phonecalls being routed between the contractor and the actual bus service. Not everyone was on the same page when it came to explaining how scheduling times with the driver worked. In the end, we got a lovely rep who sorted everything for us.

No issues and was on time

The driver was 15 minutes late. She seemed like a very new driver. She was very slow (we were late to the location) and had a lot of trouble with parking.

The buses were clean and the drivers were fantastic! Our drivers got us to our location and back quickly. We would definitely recommend First Charter Bus Rental for any large office group outings.
