I had a fantastic experience

I had a fantastic experience: the staff—especially at the Nicosia location—were polite and attentive without being pushy. The selection of luxury brands is impressive, and the prices feel fair. Highly recommended!

I placed my order

I placed my order, but in the confirming email there were different datas as mine. I recognized and submit my concerns but they did not correct their fault instead they addressed it as my fault. It is not only defective performance but according to international law this is illegal.

Awful delivery

Awful delivery. The box came broken, ACS charged 10€ for delivery, although on the website the delivery was free. Never again.

I order at Friday evening

I order at Friday evening, Monday afternoon they told me all the products I purchased it was sold out. For me it was very unprofessional to delay 3 days ,if it was the next day I would say ok and believe me I know how the system works.

my package is stuck in customs or…

my package is stuck in customs or somewhere in the Netherlands. your company hasn't been able to resolve it. I will be arriving to Amsterdam this next Sunday and will only be there for one day.

Super unhelpful with customs issues

Express shipping takes over 3 weeks and package is still stuck in customs due to incorrect paperwork sent by firstbtq. Firstbtq will do nothing on their end to help with customs issues. I have solely been the one calling FedEx numerous times per week for an update on my package after sending the paperwork myself. I probably wouldn’t order from this company in the future

We ship to the US daily and have never encountered such a delay at customs. Your order was processed and dispatched the same business day we received it and arrived in the US within 3 days. To expedite the delivery, we also make sure to prepay all duties & taxes for our US clients. FedEx informed us that we encountered this unexpected customs delay due to the 4th of July holiday. This holiday period can sometimes impact shipping schedules, causing slight delivery delays. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience; however, occasional delays due to holidays and other matters at US customs are beyond our control.

Please be assured that we are actively monitoring the situation and doing everything within our control to ensure the timely delivery of your order. We work closely with our shipping partner, FedEx, and have provided them with all the necessary info to expedite the process and have followed up with them daily. We value your business and want to make things right.
