Pete was a fantastic trainer. Probably the most valuable training course we’ll ever do. Really straightforward and common sense approach.

My experience was educative as well as very enlightening. The tutors were very friendly, receptive and willing to go the extra mile just to make sure that we all understood the course and I guess that made the assessment at the end of the course an easy task because we where taught properly and the practical sessions were amazing as we all had enough time to carry out each exercises as many times as possible or as we wanted just to be well grounded. Thanks to the NHS North East Ambulance Service for their services to humanity and their immense efforts and contributions to saving lives.

Pete and Pete were both incredibly knowledgeable. Everything was explained simply and clearly with plenty of time for practice. The trainers were supportive, friendly and helpful, making sure the whole class was competent by the end.

The facilitator was very good and the content of the course very useful.

The 2 day refresher sessions were very informative, just about the right amount of time and pace, practical's were a good way of getting involved and hands on experience. Questionnaires helped to reassure our knowledge. Very well presented and clear. Enjoyed the course.

We had a full day of CPR and Medical Emergency training spread out over 2 sessions.

As usual the service from NEAS was amazing!

Pete and Tony looked after us, they made the training fun and updated us with all the new changes.

Our instructor Andy was so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and approached first aid training with an open, honest and inviting perspective. He made everyone feel confident and reinstated our knowledge through repeated practical elements so we could put the theory he taught us into practice. The three-day course flew by and I couldn't recommend Andy and NEAS more for this training.

Andy made the 3-day first aid training engaging and informative throughout, and I really enjoyed learning this life skill!

Peter was great very informative and engaging, look forward to seeing him every year for our annual training!

Really clear and thorough instruction from Andy, with useful and well-designed materials (slides & booklet), and good opportunities for hands-on practice and discussion.

The course is well spread out across the three days, I wasn't lost off at any point. A good mix of practical and theory to keep you interested. Peter was a great teacher!

Pete our trainer was brilliant. Responded to questions very well and was able to support learners to pass the First Aid course. Training building at Team Valley had brilliant facilities. Would highly recommend a course at this venue.

Comfortable environment for learning, easy to find and parking available. The tutor made everyone feel at ease whilst making sure the content was understood. Would definitely recommend.

Very well presented, the participants were put at their ease, it was very informative, inclusive, entertaining and above all, a sense of "I can do this", I can help, was garnered. Very mindful of maintaining dignity for everyone, keeping safety foremost and being able to practice with bandages, the defibrillator and epi pens was confidence boosting. Would definitely recommend this course to everyone - anything is better than nothing, give it a go, its worth it.

All the staff are super friendly and polite, they explain everything in detail and help you to understand everything, they also have great balance of practical and written, I would recommend to anyone looking to do first aid training

The instructor that we had was really good. Put people at ease straight away. Encouraged the quiet ones to participate ( me ) . He was really good at explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. We had a small class this time and I think that added to the overall experience as you had time to do things and discuss it as you went along. Instructor was called Peter and I would definitely recommend anyone doing a first aid course to come here.

I contacted this firm a few weeks ago regarding blasphamous comments made over the air by their staff while they were on a tv programme. I still ahve had no replies from them? WHY NOT do they think we Jews can be treated in any way they want and insult our Hebrew G-d and get away with it? answer NO! I used to work for this lot years ago where they also destroyed my career by falsely accusing me of crimes i never comitted because i whistle blew on chronic patient abuses. ALLEN GALLEGHER got all papers from me to prove my case but kept saying he did not inspite of one of their own stations verifying they were sent and received by him? MY casefile os misscarriage of justice has still not been put right inspite of a large investigation totally clearing me of everythin i was accused of, but they still kicked me out any way saying they did not accept that finding in law, and i got locked up in a secure prison of which i walked out of to this day and that was in 1985. and due to them alone, i have not been able to work since and they effectively stole over 40 years of occupational pension from me to this day. This firm in my honest opinion thorugh many experiences of them, if a bad firm to work for as it treats its innocent employees like rubbish and affords them no legal help what so ever
