Took my money fast enough, but didn't send my full order. I ordered four empty first aid bags received only two, one of which was missing parts and had a torn interior. Sent several email messages but obviously ignored. These sort of scammers are the scum of the earth. Ignore some of these five star reviews they are probably relations. If you want to learn a hard lesson deal with them. if you are sensible then Beware,Beware,Beware.

Check Trust Pilot reviews!! I should have as it became apparent that this company is operating under false pretenses. Shame on them for exploiting others.

They took my money and despite 4 emails over 6 weeks I have neither heard from them,received my order or been reimbursed

Not responding to emails, have both purchase confirmation email and a subsequent purchase not yet completed offers email. Transaction completed with my bank so will disputing and requesting a reversal. Contact form isn't responded to and email links to contact them go no where.

Ordered 6 Hot & cold pain relief pads with velcro pouch and individual boxes on 18th April,the items were purchased for a disabled friend who has mobility issues.The items arrived without the individual velcro pouches and no boxes.I contacted SAM EIGHT TIMES before an email was sent saying the error would be corrected.
27 DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING

Item was late, nobody responding to emails. No despatch email. No reply to any communications. Eventually the item arrived just as I was about to call the credit card company.

Ordered 09/03/24. Shipping is 3-5 working days. Not received. Rang Royal Mail and they still have not received it in their network as at 21/03/24. Emailed company and came back email not recognised. Went through contact form and no response yet. So today will be contacting credit card company and ask for a charge back! Won’t bother again. Useless company.

Says it all when the company doesn’t respond to negative reviews. Bought a kit specifically as it included water purifying tablets and blister plasters (allegedly) these plus other item was missing and no response using online form or email - very disappointing

Placed an order for "Easiplaster" its the only thing i can get dressings to stay on the ends of my fingers. Its great stuff! Ordering was easy, quick dispatch and arrived via royal fairly quickly.

We ordered multi coloured ones and received all white ones, sent an email to state this and still no reply, extremely disappointed and very poor after sales

It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still have no updates on delivery. I have emailed First Aid Deals and they haven’t responded. I’m now going to have to raise a dispute with my bank! Not impressed, very poor service.

Poor communication from the company and I felt like I was forever sending emails trying to track my order as I needed it by a specific date. When the kit arrived one of the more expensive dressings was missing so I had to send another email. To be fair they did send the dressing to me extremely quickly.
Would love to write a 5 star review as supporting small businesses is important but better communication is needed

I found there was warning that the item I ordered would take 5 weeks to arrive. I tried several times to contact the supplier by email and got no response at all, not even an acknowledgement of my emails, so I had to order from another source. But I will retain this item as I will use it eventually.

My order arrived within a day or so. It was my first sight of this product and looks good for purpose.
