Mallorca-Minorca summer Sailboat trip
We rented a sailboat in Mallorca from this company this summer and had an amazing experience! The team was extremely receptive and always ready to clarify any doubts we had. Their explanations were precise and clear, and they took their job very seriously. The boat was very clean and well-maintained, with all the necessities we needed on board (food and cleaning stuff aside). The description of the boat matched perfectly what we found when we arrived, which was a great relief. We would highly recommend this company as a partner for a vacation in the Balearics. The quality-price ratio was honest and fair, making it a great value. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely rent from them again. 5/5 stars.

High quality, great price, friendly detailed service
There are plenty of charter companies in Mallorca but I highly recommend this one. We haven’t found this quality of yacht and service for the same price anywhere else. The yacht was superbly well equipped and in perfect condition. The service from booking through to check in and check out was excellent, friendly and personal. We will use them again next time.

Ein hervorragendes Team, mit tollem Service. Unser Boot FP Isla 40 „Laja“ war in großartigem Zustand. Einer der wenigen Vercharterer wo ich mit gutem Bauchgefühl jedes Boot buchen würde.

Perfekter Service von Anfang bis Ende!
Schon die Vorbereitung auf den Urlaub war dank der individuellen Kundenseite perfekt.
Zusatzleistungen konnten problemlos gebucht werden und alle Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet.
Auch vor Ort war das Team herzlich und man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Kleinere Mängel an Bord wurden sofort beseitigt.
Unser Dank geht an das gesamte Team und vor allem an Jördis Schneider, die stets erreichbar und für uns da war!
Wir werden definitiv wieder bei First Class Sailing buchen!

we rented a 40 catamaran with captain…
we rented a 40 catamaran with captain for 5 days in Can Pastilla . Agency told us to arrive at noon because the short week . Boat was not ready and captain arriving , we left and after 2 hours we find out that we dont have drinking water from tanks , captain decide to come back to Arenal marina spend night there and wait for techical help next day , reparation finish at 14:00 ( water pump with air because they forgot to fill it ) We lost one day navigation in a short week , which affect very much our trip .Also a refrigerator was miss with limitation in keep food cool .
Finally , chief base Ms Jordis Schneider told in return one day trip which is not happen since 19/07 .
Worst trip that we have with my familie , very bad service and irresponsable .

Dear Mr Kadach : Agradezco su respuesta despues de varios intentos de mi agencia y un mail enviado a la Sra Schneider que no fue capaz de contestar , en este envie una copia del contrato donde decia claramente que el check in era a las 12:00 del dia 14 de agosto .
Segun eso me programe para tomar las conexciones aereas vieniendo de un vuelo desde Chile de 16 horas Le quiero agregar que cuando llegamos de vuelta el dia viernes 18 a Cam Pastilla para pernoctar esa noche tambien nos quedamos sin agua para cocinar y lavarnos , fue una casualidad encontrar a la Sra Schneider quien nos ayudo a solucionar el tema .
yo creo que ustedes deben revisar los protocolos y ser rigurosos con estas cosas que hacen que un viaje sea maravilloso o mediocre .
En resumen , perdimos 1 dia de 5 en de navegacion , perdimos combustible para ir al Arenal , 1 nevera mala ,y la molestia de quedarnos sin agua .
Por ahora no creo que mi familia quiera vivir otra experiencia asi es que no aceptamos el voucher para otro viaje , lo que cabe aqui es el sentido comun y no un contrato de letra chica donde el cliente siempre pierde .

thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and would like to take the opportunity to address your comments in detail.
According to your booking documents and travel information from your agency, your arrival was scheduled for 17:00. Nevertheless, our team reorganized the check-in to accommodate your earlier arrival at 13:30 and ensured that the boat was handed over without delay. The skipper was also made available ahead of schedule.
Regarding the drinking water issue: the freshwater tank was unfortunately not fully topped up due to the revised timing. However, it is standard maritime practice and part of the skipper’s duty of care to check essential onboard systems such as fuel and water levels before departure. After your return to Arenal, our technician promptly assisted the next day and found the pump to be fully functional, but airlocked – likely due to the water pump being left running for several hours with an empty tank. This can cause technical issues and potential damage, which luckily did not occur in your case.
We understand the inconvenience caused by this incident, especially on a short trip, and offered a goodwill voucher for a future charter via your agency. However, we must clarify that there is no contractual basis for a full-day refund. No such commitment was made by our team, including Ms. Schneider, and we do not find any record supporting this claim.
We always strive to deliver excellent service, and it is disappointing to hear that you perceived your experience as negative. We stand by our team, who acted professionally and supportively throughout your charter.
Despite this outcome, we hope to welcome you back under better circumstances in the future.

Tolles Schiff, tolles Team, tolle Zeit!
Wir sind mit einer Lagoon 51 rund um Mallorca gesegelt. Das Boot war spitze und ließ nichts vermissen. Alle Leute vor Ort in Can Pastilla sind meganett und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ganz besondere Grüße an Jördis, Jörn und Olli!!

Der Service war erstklassig – vom freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal in der Marina bis hin zum reibungslosen Check-in und Check-out hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Das Schiff war in einem hervorragenden Zustand, sauber, top ausgestattet und absolut zuverlässig. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Qualität und Kundenservice großgeschrieben werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolute Empfehlung!
