I never write reviews for anything… but this company deserves attention! Super fast response times, my package was sent out the day after my purchase went though which was on Friday, and today (Tuesday) it arrived in the mail. I am not sure how that is even possible as it shipped from the UK to me in Canada, in less time then a package would take from a few hours away to arrive. Mind blown, paired with the fact that the specific part I needed was far cheaper then anywhere I could find in North America. 10/10 will recommend and use again

Made my first online purchase with this company. Emailed me about my order very promptly. Gave me some helpful honest advice to rectify my order. Within minutes everything corrected and now I’m one happy customer. Can’t wait to receive my items. Great customer service and very reassuring for a first time buyer.

Ordered an upgraded TM416. I’m not expert on upgrades so asked lots of questions in the comments as I was worried I had made the wrong upgrade choices.

Ian the tech due to begin work on the gun gave me a call and talked me through everything and helped me make the right decisions.

Looking forward to receiving the AEG later this week, but wanted to leave this review as good customer service should always be recognised.

Used Fire Support to obtain an obscure part for my son’s airsoft pistol. They gave advice over the phone to identify the part and quickly obtained a price.
Order went smoothly and duly arrive a few weeks later. Absolutely delighted with the service.

New to UK airsoft. Fire support is the only airsoft shop in this country that is on par with Hong Kong and Japanese shops. Got many replacement gbb parts in store. Reasonable price and great customer service.

Fine company unless you need support with an item then they’re not very supportive, will try to bad blame for their own mistakes and are even willing to discriminate against special-needs to prove a point, honestly I thought they’d have better support with it being in their name

I was tracking down a hard-to-get AEG and Firesupport were great throughout the entire transaction. They were very communicative and helpful during the inquiry and their shipping department kept me appraised and got me a tracking number right away. I'd definitely recommend these guys.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.
While scrabbling through my old airsoft I found a receipt for a TM MP5PDW (from 14 years ago); for a firm going on that long they must have something right?
Anyway: I was after an ICS Galil (to convert to an R4/R5).
One of the few places in the Country that had one; I then called and confirmed (I have an innate gift for finding something that sells out five minutes before I get there; AEG's mags, gigs; I'm looking at you Mr Waters!) that they had them.
Nothing good is ever easy...
My local site had just changed their insurer, and, as a result my UKARA wasn't quite Kosher.
Polite email from Fire Support informing me of this with a list of ways to remedy it (Never known a firm to go that far before).
Anyway; UKARA was sorted and the new rifle was delivered today.
Communication between myself and Fire Support has been amazing! Never too busy to answer the phone, engaged happened a lot but; only so many people to answer the phones so they ring.
When I spoke to someone over the 'phone they were only too happy to check they had what I wanted in the warehouse.
Then the emails to make sure my defence was watertight: I've seen a few places prepared to bend the rules for a sale; not Fire Support!
A credit to the Airsoft Community!
