I bought a pack for 9.99 and I ended up winning 1000$. I was verified pretty quickly so I can’t complain about that. What I am complaining about is the cash out process it’s completely backwards. I was only able to withdraw 100$ and I had an issue with the card which was resolved but that being said the first redemption was done instantly. I go to cash out a second time and they tell me it takes 3-5 business days. They want you to keep playing until you lose everything. Also having to put a certain amount of money in to withdraw more of your winnings is such a scam. Had I known this I would have went elsewhere. I wouldn’t waste money on this site again.

Rip off. Like most online casinos they will give you the free $1 for signing up and then offer a great first package deal, when you win off of
that package they won’t let you redeem the money you’ve won. Stick to the more well known sites.

Scam site! First wouldn't let me play in SC mode said account not verified or something,after chatting with customer service was finally able to play however when I actually won enough to redeem I couldn't even get to where I needed to submit the usual documentation instead it just said account not confirmed so again talked to customer service who said I was basically kicked off the site didn't give me a reason and warned me not to try to make another account because it would also be blocked. I'm assuming they just don't want to pay me since I didn't make a purchase they obviously didn't expect me to win anything on my little dollar they gave me.

So I made my account yesterday. I logged in with Google an then connected my Facebook INSIDE of the site. Today I attempted to log in with Google, of which I use a different email then for Facebook, and it just kept returning me to the sign in page. Malfunction. So, considering I connected my Facebook log in I attempted to log in with that. I chose the SIGN IN button NOT the SIGN UP button. Well of course it automatically created a NEW account thus violating their policy and banning me from the site.

Is against commerce law for the SIGN IN button to automatically create a new account. This is a practice im seeing more and more with these online casinos. Their system is set up to automatically create new accounts when you press t the SIGN IN button instead of sign up. This is called “deceptive trade practice” and/also a form of bait and switch. Thankfully I didn’t lose any money but I’m telling you as a professional gambler and 3 year veteran of online casinos that this casino will definitely cheat you and use illegal practices to trap your money. There are too many legit, fair and reasonable sites to waste your money with these criminals. STAY AWAY

Dont ever play here they are scammers. I referred a friend and he paid the $25, so I got my $20 and won and they only paid me $50 out of a $100 redemption. I had $116 left in my balance and they cleared it all out. My friend paid the $25 to be able to even get this bonus. So technically not free by any means.... DON'T PLAY HERE

I created an account and put money on there and gambled for a while and was up $800 I went to cash out They want to do a verification I submitted the documents I received an email saying the verification was unsuccessful and then I tried logging back into my account I seen my account balance dropped from 800 to 100 and then I got logged out and they won't let me log back in and they won't send me a reset password.

Don't play this app I won 150 they paid me 25 dollars rip-off
