Brilliant Products, Even Better Customer Service
We recently ordered some door hinges from Fireseals Direct and couldn't be happier with both the products and the service.
The hinges themselves were excellent quality and very reasonably priced. However, the main reason for this review is to recognise the outstanding customer service we received from Liam.
After paying for next day delivery, we were disappointed to find that the parcel had been delayed by the courier. This was completely outside of Fireseals Direct's control, but Liam did everything he possibly could to help. We had a joiner booked to hang our doors on the scheduled day, so receiving the hinges on time was really important.
Liam was fantastic from start to finish. He was understanding, empathetic, and kept us informed every step of the way with phone calls and follow-up emails confirming everything we'd discussed. Most importantly, he came up with a solution rather than just apologising. He arranged for another set of hinges to be sent via a different courier, and they arrived at 8am the very next morning, exactly when we needed them.
What impressed us even more was that Liam followed up first thing on Monday to make sure the urgent Saturday delivery had arrived safely and that everything had gone to plan.
It's rare to receive customer service of this standard these days. Liam genuinely went above and beyond, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. Fireseals Direct is lucky to have him.
Excellent products, great prices, and truly exceptional customer service. 12/10 – no notes. We'll definitely be ordering from Fireseals Direct again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
