Do not use this company, online order, they have taken funds from my account knowing that they could not supply it and then asked for £500 more money as the product had gone up in price after I had paid online. Use at your peril!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Couldn’t fault these guys in any way. Sam was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Delivery was rearranged around 4 times but with the pandemic it is understandable these things can happen. Keep up the good work guys and thanks a lot. Would definitely recommend 👍👍👍👍

Delivered on time and everything was well packaged. One of the options for the fireplace I'd ordered was incorrect (matt black when it was supposed to be chrome finish). Called up about this and they dealt with the issue for me. They got in touch with the fireplace manufacturer (CastTec) and arranged the correct part too be sent out to me. Every time I called up they answered quickly and were very helpful. All good really. Would use this company again.

Very pleased with how efficient Fireplaces 4 Life Ltd are. Very quick delivery. One of the fire bricks was broken, that was dealt with quickly.

Use this company at your peril customer service is awful ordered a hearth which was said to be in stock delivery in 2-3 days which I was thrilled about as we needed our fireplace finished so the carpet could be laid in our new house, no sign after 5 days rang them was told 7-10 days by a rather rude man, no sign rang again was told it would be 12-14 days still no show rang again was told 14-21 days still no show after waiting for another 7 days gave up and cancelled order and what a drama that was finally got my refund last week

Ordered a gas fire on Wednesday, and it arrived on the following morning! Well packaged no bits missing instructions there.
My gas engineer has now installed the fire and it works beautifully as it should.
Super service, so pleased!

Gas stove was ordered very easily.It was the cheapest by far after doing a thorough search on the internet. Delivery was great and the driver was happy to put it in the garage. Just waiting for the gas fitter to arrange a day to install.
