Perfect service, what I always dreamt of before!
Absolutely perfect. Lend Fiat money (Euro, CZK, etc.) without any checks usual banks would do. It's so simple: you have bitcoin? You get credit.
All ist safe and transparent, and so fast. After 1-3 working days, the money arrived in my bank account.

I was genuinely interested in joining Firefish as an investor and exploring the platform's potential. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. I attempted multiple times to complete the registration process, but it consistently failed.
Even more concerning is the support service: emails remain unanswered, and the instant-messaging assistance appears to be fully automated, with no human response at all. For a company positioning itself as an innovative and investor-focused platform, such a lack of direct support and efficiency is unexpected and discouraging.
At this stage, I am still willing to evaluate Firefish, but I sincerely hope the team will improve their onboarding process and provide actual human assistance to prospective investors. Without this, it is difficult to build confidence in the platform.
