Problem is not the seller its the…
Problem is not the seller its the stupid delivery company who they are using.
Avoid DX at all costs.
I even called and offered to pay for standard delivery like dpd , ups or even royal mail but they have refused.
3 times the dx couldn’t find our big college with proper reception.
Changed the address my other workplace which has similar scenario and owning one full unit out of blocks with clear and big sign. Missed it again!
Updated the delivery instructions and added mobile number to call but st the end it was returned back to seller.
All I can say is I just hate them. Even buying over amazon from same company under different name results to the same outcome.
Just dont waste your time.
Even refund process took over 30 days with no apology and I had to keep chasing after it as they were what? expecting me to forget about it? 🤷♂️
all evidence and correspondence are available, so this is genuine feedback for other buyers

Ordered pack 1 which was 3 smoke alarms, 1 heat alarm and 1 carbon monoxide, reveived the order but was no carbon monoxide alarm in it
