Their courses are pretty basic, also they charge u extra without informing you. If you ask for a refund, they wont do it. They have a pretty bad customer service.

Having the ability to have the extra cash flow for my business is amazing! Now I have a buffer during the quiet periods and if we have another COVID lockdown! The service is fantastic and the invoices and cash withdrawals are processed within 24hrs. My case manager has been great and he is available whenever I need him. I would definitely recommend this service to all business owners!

Handy Facility
Our business has been a customer of Finstro for over 2 years.
It's been a very handy facility, although recently there have been a few issues.
To Finstro's credit, they did eventually reach out with a clear intent to listen, understand what went wrong and rectify the problems.
We all know that things go wrong from time to time but I really appreciate dealing with businesses that work to bridge the gap and continue to provide great service. I'm happy to say that Finstro is one of those operators.

Totally amazing service
Totally amazing service, so nice to listen to some one that actually cared about my business. They where happy to chat and advice me on my financial needs and also offer up other ideas for my design business. Bit confusing
It is a great way to pay supplier invoices, however we have found that some suppliers aren't receiving the emails, some think its spam, so payments are being delayed.
It can be a bit confusing for suppliers.
