We have been working with Arnaud (Finspain) to get the mortgage in Spain while relocating here (so, no history or account in Spain before that). I personally found the communication to be to the point, on time, with right level of details, transparent, and committed. Arnaud has guided us through the process end to end, shared advice and best practices, negotiated the best deals on our behalf, etc.
As the result, we received the mortgage on time, with the interest rate as targeted, and Arnaud keeps in touch for questions we still have with the bank. I would highly recommend Arnaud and FinSpain for anyone looking for the mortgage in Spain
Arnaud was very helpful and proactive with my case. He was clear and consicise, providing me with all the needed information for my particular situation. Although I didn't get to proceed, it was at no fault of Finspain. Highly recommended for their representatives' notable level of professionalism.
FinSpain was recommended to us by a local real estate agent, and we were extremely happy with the experience. They were professional and very responsive. They took the time to understand our needs and came to us with different mortgage options, offering valuable advice along the way, and fighting for us to get the best deal.
I collaborated with the folks of J'achète on many occasions and they have always been very professional. Their clients seem very happy with the service and end result.
