I have had a brilliant experience both in store and online - their service gave me great confidence in picking the right pair(s) for me. I think Finlay have made a forever customer out of me and am already looking forward to my next opportunity to pick a pair of spectacles and sunglasses.

I have also been totally impressed at how scratch-proof their lenses are, even after 18months. Would highly recommend investing in a pair of Finlay glasses - trust me, you will become a Finlay advocate yourself, when you do.

I was really impressed by the range and quality of the sunglasses I looked at in FINLAY’s Soho shop. I’d heard a lot about them and after being greeted and helped by one of the friendly staff there, I found a number of pairs that looked smart and fitted really well. It then became a case of which pair to buy! The glasses have lasted really well and I’ve had a number of compliments about them so will definitely be buying another pair for this summer! Definitely a great product from a cool company.

Firstly the store is beautiful, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.
Super impressed with the helpful and lovely team, they were knowledgeable on styles that would suit me and colour options etc.
The in house optician was fantastic and checked my prescription before I made my purchase for new specs & sunnies.
The hardest part is deciding which styles to buy, they are all super chic, super cool and super affordable! Would highly recommend to anyone needing to update their prescription and specs wardrobe!

I've been a fan of Finlay for years - and love everything about the brand, from the premium look and finish of the glasses, through to premium packaging and speedy delivery. Whenever i've visited online or in-store I've had a great shopping experience with both prescription glasses and sunglasses and I always find new frames that I have to add to my collection. Customer service is top notch online, and the team across stores and HQ are really helpful. Highly recommend the stores and online shopping experience.

Excellent and superb customer service from Gordon at Finlay Soho. He fixed the frames on my sunglasss and made me feel at ease. He was very kind, polite and patient. I cannot thank him enough. He helped me out when the head office had unfortunately not been responding to my emails, thank goodness I got through to the store and managed to speak to Gordon.

I've has a pair of Finlay's pretty much since they started. They're great, a real quality product that you can't help but love. The one time my Finlay's break, probably from excessive wearing I ask if the company can fix it and they have. No qualms within an hour I go from devastation to pure joy. I can't rate them highly enough and I wish more companies could have such a personal touch.

I love that they are made of wood as every pair is unique. They are super trendy too-my new pair are the Beaumont Walnut and I just love the design.
Honestly, I would have one of each pair if I could. I am so looking forward to the new collection, Finlay&Co are definitely ones to keep an eye on!
