I worked on a campaign that started in September 2025, didn't wrap up until February 2026, and Chelsea said I would be paid in May 2026. I still have not been paid. I understand that FYI is waiting on a payment before they can pay their influencers--that is not acceptable. They also changed the dates of the campaign in the FYI platform (after the campaign had already concluded) to give themselves more time to pay--also not acceptable. I would never work with this agency again.

I worked with them on a Super Bowl campaign for a General Mills owned company. Payment was supposed to go out out April 9th 2026 and they never paid. They have now opted to ignore all requests for an update on payment from me and my attorney. This has been an absolutely horrible experience and I urge any and all creators/brands to steer clear of this company.

I worked on a campaign back in February that has still not been paid out. This company does not pay their content creators on time and ignores requests even after legal action is taken. Both their CEO/Founder Jamie and Chelsea Gordon have continued to lie in our communication regarding the payment.

I wish I would’ve looked at these reviews before I agreed to a campaign with find your influence. I recommend everyone having an issue to file a complaint to the better business bureau. My campaign was in February and I was suppose to be paid in May and it’s almost July. During the campaign process I was expected to communicate promptly, the campaign manager would even text me if I didn’t respond to the email. But now that it’s time for payment I can’t get a response out of her. I emailed a support email I found on their website and was told that she would forward my email to the finance team which I received no further communication. I then emailed her again and that’s when she finally tells me they are waiting for an overdue payment that’s coming soon. No communication on when that “coming soon” date will be. I understand some companies also have to wait to get paid but based on these reviews this is a common occurrence. And there’s no reason I should have to reach out first in that case. They are messing with people’s livelihood.

Find Your Influence approached us for a collaboration with one of our talents. During the campaign setup and execution, communication was smooth, professional, and everything proceeded as agreed.

Unfortunately, the experience changed completely once the campaign was completed.

Despite successfully delivering all agreed campaign requirements, we have still not received payment of more than $6,000 USD. The payment has been outstanding since November 2025.

For months, we were told by a team member that the matter was being investigated and that updates would follow. We have since learned that this employee is no longer with the company, and the issue remains unresolved.

We have contacted multiple employees, including senior management and the CEO, on numerous occasions. Most of these emails have gone unanswered, and we have received no clear explanation as to when payment will be made.

We understand that businesses can encounter payment delays. However, an outstanding balance of over $6,000 USD, combined with months of limited communication and no resolution, is extremely disappointing and concerning.

At this stage, we are simply requesting payment of the amount owed and a meaningful response from the company. We hope this review finally results in contact and resolution.

We are happy to update this review if the matter is resolved.

No payment after completing campaign.

Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, I too am experiencing problems with receiving payment for the campaign I worked on for Philips Home Living (FYI reached out to me, asking me to work on the campaign). After having sent several emails and reminders, I still haven’t gotten paid, even though the payment period has passed.

There’s no sense of urgency to resolve this matter on FYI’s end and I’m being given the run around and being told that “the financial department has been informed”.

Edit after FYI response:
I appreciate the response and you trying to be transparant, however it’s frustrating that it’s taken a negative review to get a clear reason for the delay. It seems that only public shaming is effective these days.

In addition, creators shouldn’t have to suffer from your financial conflicts with another company. We have to get paid regardless of whether a company has paid you. For instance, you can’t tell the bank that the reason you didn’t pay your mortgage is because you haven't been paid by FYI. Any indication of when payment can be expected would be highly appreciated,

Update August 19th:
Versuni/Philips has already paid FYI, and other creators have recently received their payouts. Yet FYI selectively withholds my payment while ignoring every installment proposal I submit.

Their latest response after a month of silence? The exact same canned template:

"As noted, you will be receiving payment within our next bulk payment payout. We’ll be including interest for the inconvenience and appreciate your time and understanding."

No dates, no schedule, zero accountability.

Find Your Influence reached out to me to collaborate on a project for Philips (Versuni) x Pinterest. The initial process went smoothly and communication was on point until payment became the topic.

Both approved pins were posted on February 17th, 2026. Under their Net 90 payment terms, my payment was due on May 18th, 2026.

I am constantly being passed from one person to another, receiving no meaningful updates other than "our finance team will be in touch soon." There are zero apologies or sense of urgency from their team. It has now been three weeks since the due date, and I still haven't received my payment or a real update.

Save yourself the headache and don't work with them.

Thank you for finally acknowledging this situation. However, it is highly telling that it took a public Trustpilot review to get an explanation.

Your excuse regarding a late payment from your own client is completely unacceptable for several reasons:

Between your standard Net 90 terms and the current delay, it has been 112 days since my work was delivered. You had nearly four months to fulfill the payment, communicate potential delays or discuss a solution, yet you chose silence until you were publicly called out.

As an independent creator, I am a vendor, not a line of credit for your agency. Your internal cash flow issues and late-paying clients cannot be passed down to me. I have fulfilled my contractual obligations, and you need to fulfill yours instead of asking me to wait for an undefined date based on when a third party decides to pay you.

A quick glance at your other recent reviews and social media comments reveals that this is a structural pattern of behavior for Find Your Influence, not an isolated incident.

I do not accept the solution of waiting indefinitely. I expect Find Your Influence to assume responsibility, resolve this immediately, and process my payment in full now.

Complete silence. The last communication was through this review.

Update July 16th:
Still completely unpaid for the Philips / Versuni x Pinterest campaign. We are now nearly 60 days past the contractual Net 90 deadline, which was May 18th. Instead of taking responsibility, this agency has piled excuse on top of excuse. First, they blamed a departed campaign manager. Next, they claimed to be waiting on their finance department. Then, they publicly blamed cash flow issues on their own late-paying clients in their Trustpilot response. The peak of this unprofessionalism is their latest excuse. On
July 7h they claimed to their own brand client, Philips / Versuni, that they only just became aware of the issue because the campaign manager had left. This is a blatant fabrication. Their support team, their Head of Creator Economy, and their entire leadership team have been on active email threads regarding this exact non-payment since May and June. Communication from their team is incredibly rare and offers nothing but stalling tactics to buy time. Lying to enterprise clients to cover up payment failures is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend that brands or creators work with FYI.

I was contacted by Find Your Influence to work on a collaboration with TUI UK and Pinterest UK. I spent 2 months working on the collaboration with lots of back and forth emails and MANY edits. It was an absolute nightmare and took so much work.

The communication and creation started in May 2025, I posted the collaboration in August and didn't get paid until late December 2025. I emailed various people at the company many times and I kept getting OOO messages and being passed from one person to another with various excuses. Then they claimed they will pay me at the end of December... sadly after reading all the reviews here, I couldn't see that happening.

So I contacted TUI & Pinterest directly and they handled it for me and I got paid not long after they intervened.

I would never work with Find Your Influence again.

I eventually got paid, minus a fee that was taken via PayPal.

Communication was smooth at the beginning. My initial contact person was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. However, this changed as soon as the topic of payment came up. Suddenly, she was no longer responsible and referred me to another contact person, who has been delaying the matter ever since.

The agreed payment deadline has already passed. Despite multiple reminders, no payment has been made. Instead, the agency unilaterally extended the payment date to March 6, even though the contract clearly states that payment is due 90 days after completion of the collaboration (submission of all Pins).

The project itself involved numerous revision rounds — first through the agency and then again through the brand, Søstrene Grene. Several changes requested by the agency turned out to be unnecessary, as they did not meet the brand’s expectations and had to be revised again according to the brand’s own feedback.

Payment is supposed to be made via PayPal. Based on other reviewers’ experiences, the fees appear to be very high, which raises additional concerns given the ongoing delay.

I would strongly advise creators to be cautious when working with this agency. Even representing a reputable brand like Søstrene Grene does not guarantee a reliable payment process.

Contract had the longest payment terms I've ever seen, and even then I was not paid on time. After one month of following up with vague and/or no responses, it took the threat of legal action to receive payment. No explanation as to why payment was late and no apology for it either. This is the most unprofessional agency I've ever encountered.

I made two reels for a company and it was a lot of work because I kept getting a lots of corrections that I had to implement. What was actually in the contract was simply overturned, and everything was done differently. To this day, I haven't seen any money!
Update: I received the money, but much less than announced due to high PayPal fees and poor conversion.

I partnered with this company on a HOKA x Zappos campaign in June 2025 with a contract clearly stating that payment would be made 90 days after the campaign date (September 2, 2025). Despite fulfilling my deliverables in full and on time, I have not been paid the $3,600 owed to me.

Over the past several weeks, I have sent numerous follow-up emails (September 2, 8, 11, 16, 17, 22, and 23) and have only received vague assurances from different team members, with no resolution and no payment. I’ve been redirected from one person to another without accountability, and the invoice is now more than three weeks overdue.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I strongly caution other creators, freelancers, and partners to be aware of the serious risk of non-payment when working with this company.

FYI ultimately honored the Creator Program Agreement. I respect their willingness to follow through, even though the process took time. The team I worked with was kind and professional throughout.

The platform is dishonest. I have been in communication with Daryn and they have been giving me the run around with payment. First they convinced me to accept an Amazon Job for pennies. Upload a ridiculous amount of photos and get paid a measly amount. I accepted because "economy". I did the job and now they only want to pay me HALF of the original promised amount, because AMAZON decided this. They also offered me the full amount if I redid my posts. I said NO automatically and accepted the HALF. They have taken over 4 months to pay me at this point.

UPDATE: I did eventually get paid half and after complaining further another month or two after that I got paid the other half. So yes eventually I got paid in full! So for that I will add another star!

Their platform is ok. I had the chance to “opt in” a campaign, this was in January. I completed the campaign and it is now end of April and I have YET to see the campaign completed which obviously means I haven’t been paid. I’ve been emailing them and trying to escalate this further. They’re putting the blame on the “brand” (huge brand btw) so I HIGHLY doubt that the brand lacks resources to “check” the work. I then get a rude reply that basically says we’ve already updated you on this! And that’s it!!! I’m fuming!! No sorry for the delay I will check with the brand again, or at this point take the L as a company and pay up!!!

I joined in January 2022 and connected my blog, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, and you can also connect your YouTube and TikTok. There are no campaigns to apply for, and it says that an offer will be sent to you once you are selected for a campaign. I have received no offers from them since joining.

UPDATE: In response to the reply, it is now March 2026, and I still have not received a single campaign through Find Your Influence. It is great that they "work with thousands of influencers ever day on campaigns" but the 2-star review is reflective of my experience. Due to the passive-aggressive reply, I have decreased my review to 1-star. Also, it has been 4 years without receiving a single offer.
