Paid March 1, never revived a ticket. All I got was the run around today. I thought I would get an email with the E ticket for a flight tomorrow morning at 5 AM instead I got to run around telling me to call back every three hours and they will send me my E ticket in my email. I finally had a rebook a flight and paid four times as much cause it’s the last minute for a flight tomorrow never ever use findflightscost.com. I think it’s a scam.

Here I go again. I had a problem with this company last Feb 2025, and they gave me a credit voucher for JetBlue for $450 expiring on 7-31-2026. I tried to make a reservation and now they tell me it is expired and need the manager to ok it. He is out of the office for a month!! Nobody else seems to be able to help. I can't wait a month as my trip is in 3 weeks.

Ross and the first agent I spoke with were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Ross answered all questions completely. I will use your company again in the future. My husband and I had to cancel our trip due to a very critical family emergency. I did not cancel on time, so I understand that I am only getting a partial refund. Thank you.

This is the second time working with Alex Smith buying airfare. Each time Alex has been very responsive and professional, working diligently through every issue involved with patient resolve and understanding.
I’ve gotten the best flights at the best price each time and I have recommended Alex to family members.

I spoke with Alex Smith, he was professional and polite. He seems to know his job and performed very well to the best of my knowledge. My problem with the company's process is when you make changes, they want to charge you for it. My price started out being $256, by the time I finished, it was $649.50. I have to assume it is the company policy not Alex with all the added expenses. I ended up cancelling my flight.

I dealt with Alex Smith the from booking to getting my boarding pass. I was concerned about not having all the information directly after booking, but Alex explained the whole process and came through with what he said day one. Most importantly, I was able to speak with him every time I called with a question or had to change something. If you book with this web site, just hope you get Alex.

We were able to resolve an issue that never should have been an issue, so I am upset in that regard, but Ross was very reassuring and fixed our problem. It took longer than expected, but as mentioned, everything is good now
