I just want to say April was amazing and great customer service.

from day 1 ive had the support and help i needed at the end of the phone, everyone i have interacted with have been professional and patient and they helped me get out of a hole i dug too deep

Good morning! I had a very good experience with Financial Support Systems! From the day I applied, they called me and helped me a lot! I had a little difficulty with English but they always explained until I understood! I thank them very much and whoever has difficulty paying multiple installments I advise them to apply here and Financial Support will gather them all in one place and set an installment that you can afford to pay! Thank you!

Always so helpful and solves problems when any arise

Called looking for advice on consolidating debt during Covid, as that was the service they advertised. Instead I was HEAVILY pressured into getting an IVA, was told I'd have no chance of ever realistically paying off the debt and that this was the only option. An IVA would solve all my problems! They left me feeling like I had no choice.

Turns out that this company PROFITS from your debt and IVA payments, so totally unethical behaviour straight from the get go, as they aren't offering you unbiased financial advice, they are looking to exploit you when you are at your most vulnerable. I was also not made aware of the long term impact this would have on my credit rating, nor how much I would be charged if I wanted to pay back the amount early. I ended up inheriting money and then had to pay back an amount that far exceeded the original debt and even now, when I've been debt free for years, I still can't get a simple phone contract. All because of the damage done to my credit rating so some scumbag employee could probably get some commission out of me. Vile and unethical company, you should avoid them the same way you would avoid a mobbed up loan shark.

As on each time when I had to go through my IVA annual review, FSS has always been very supportive and helped me to understand this process better.

This IVA was set up to help me with my debts. I am now 8years in and still got until next year for this to end. My advice would be to go into debt management. And definitely give the IVA a miss. 5yrs it should have taken like I was told when I first applied. Guess what when I questioned it? Yep I was of course in the wrong and this is actually lawful so be aware my friends.

5 years ago I was in a financial mess.
From the beginning I was made at ease and the support I had from any staff member I interacted with has been nothing short of amazing.
Now I have just made the final payment of my IVA. I am now entering the final steps of leaving my IVA.
