By far the worst dishwasher powder I've ever used, glasses come out stained, grease and fat isn't removed just smeared around, cutlery still dirty, just awful.

Great customer service and product
Great customer service and product. My product arrived and the delivery provider has dropped it and so I had litres of leaking, soggy goodness to deal with. I sent some pictures to Refill and they were in the case immediately and organised a full replacement for the order even though I hadn't lost all the contents. I got a response within 20 minutes which I was very surprised by especially as it was at the end of office working hours. And the hair and conditioner are fab.

Loving the laundry powder!
I have recently begun my relationship with FILL & I am very happy that I have done. I think this company is brilliant! For a few reasons. Them being certified B corp, vegan, cruelty-free, and the products being free of the nasty stuff that is found in many other products. I like them mostly because they offer a closed loop system, which enables me to return empty containers to be refilled again. Communication about orders/delivery dates have been fast & helpful!
The products that I have used so far (hand soap-fig, laundry liquid, fabric conditioner, shampoo, toilet cleaner & washing up liquid) all smell lovely & work well. The laundry powder in particular is great, you only need a heaped tablespoon (I put far too much in on my first load using it and the scent was very strong- which will suit a lot of people that like to use stronger scents), it leaves clothes looking and smelling clean.
So far, a great experience with FILL. I would highly recommend starting (or continuing) your refill journey with these products! Though I would like to add, if you’re lucky enough to have one, & it’s possible for you to do so… Support & shop locally, by trying to find a refill/zero waste shop nearby that stocks FILL.

Nice idea but not there yet
Bath soak has no scent and I find the taps on the home refill a bit daft as they don’t fit inside the bottles and consequently spill everywhere! I like the rest of the products but remain disappointed with the bath soak.

Hello. Thanks for writing a review. Firstly, we're real sorry it's taken SUCH a long time to reply. It's a long story... all about a lost password, missing emails and not getting to see reviews when they come in. We're sorry. Anyway, we're back now! More importantly I'm sorry to hear that you had a problem with spills. We're small (25 people) and so we don't have much choice but to use off-the-shelf bags & taps for refills. We find that pre-filling into a jug or pourer or using a funnel at home helps prevent any spills when refilling and gives you a little more control. That's how we do it at home. We should make a video! We are most proud, however, that we've found a way to take back the bag, remove the tap and ensure folks can return them for washing and refill. A closed loop... from our little factory to homes around the UK - and back. I'm also dismayed to hear about your disappointment with the bath soak. I'm sorry to hear that. Forest is one of our most popular fragrances usually, so it's a surprise to hear that you found it to have no scent? It should smell like taking a bath beneath the pines - a blend of fir needle, ho wood and juniper berry essential oils. I like the whole ethos of this company (refillable and sustainably produced) and am not surprised to hear that it has now achieved B Corp status. I also like the fragrances that are used since they are natural seeming and non-obtrusive where some alternatives I've come across are rather chemically.

Great company, quality products
I've been using Fill for years (I use their hand was, laundry powder, floor clean, bathroom clean, wash up liquid) and they really deliver on the quality of their products (the bathroom cleaner was a revelation!). Scents are simple but gorgeous, design is fantastic, and they keep improving on the delivery of services every time. With the bulk buys, I know we have the house sorted and don't need to buy more plastic bottles all the time. Everything can come with nice glass bottles that you can reuse to infinity. It's nice to put your money where your ethics are, that this is a UK based company, and to know you're guaranteed products that work. Highly recommend.
