We offer funded, high quality development that actually gets used on the floor: a 40 hour CPD accredited and Chartered Management Institure (CMI) curriculum designed for aspiring care home managers. Our flagship, Project CHARM, helps emerging leaders turn regulation, people management, and financial insight into better outcomes for residents and teams. We focus on what works. Leadership programmes for new and current managers. Mentoring from experienced home and regional leaders. Hands on support with governance, quality improvement, and inspection readiness. It was my first FIC event and what an amazing one it was. I thoroughly enjoyed everything. I loved the energy, the food, the performances and the love everyone showed to each other .
