Terrible supporter Vlad Roman!

I had a problem with filerun after installation, move to trash functionality didn't work and had issues continuously..
Filerun doc already mentioned this and provided solution that set specific configuration variable, and I followed guide.. but it still didn't work and I notice that they upgrade the version recently a month ago.. so I wondered if this configuration variable has been changed..
I asked to confirm this.. but Vlad pressured me to buy license first to get technical support while saying my request is random questioned request and I can't get technical support while in free trial..
I continued explain this is not random question and It's a question related the issue in Filerun and I wanted to see the working Filerun before I purchase license.. but he just ended up conversation by saying "no longer interested in doing business with you anymore."

Terrible experience!

This software looked great

This software looked great, but unfortunately it is extremely overpriced for the version that has any useful features including 4 or more users, the Enterprise Edition. Enterprise makes it sound like it's for huge businesses, and it's priced for that, yet wouldn't be surprised if they've lost a lot of custom of the silly limitations on the free version.

I emailed them explaining my personal use circumstances yet how I needed the features of enterprise, and the best that was offered was a 50% discount. However, that's without technical support. While that sounds like a great discount in a percentage, realistically for the plan which includes third party online services, that's still over $1,000!

I'm sorry but with software like H5ai making website directories look pretty, as well as many file management addons for Wordpress and Joomla, there are MANY cheaper or free solutions and the pricing of this software is disgusting. $319 just for 10 accounts, are you joking me?

Avoid.

EDIT: Their response is false and they don't answer why they are so overpriced. Is "listed clearly" the best you can come up with? They also say I claimed to be a private user, and am actually an enterprise customer, but this is false. I am a personal user who wanted to share some files with a few friends/colleagues that work at the same place, and not in any supervisory or management positions. I consider that personal use and they're trying to make it out like I'm deliberately deceiving them. No, you just can't handle that you're overpriced crap. You should stop your deceiving reply which is trying to make my review look bad.

So you are upset because the enterprise version of our free software, and the support service we provide cost money :)

We have our pricing listed clearly on our website.

You tried to get a special offer, because you claimed to be a private user and not enterprise user and now you are upset because you could not deceive us. Your words: "I share with colleagues. I kind of a personal user. I use my files directory within the company but it is only shared with colleagues".

Edit: 2 years later... Still bitter :)
