I cancelled my insurance on March 3
I cancelled my insurance on March 3, 2026 I was told it would take 5 to 7 business days as of today March 13, 2026. I still have not received my refund. They said it was processed, but I have yet to receive it. They are very slow at processing your refund, but they’re very quick to take their money. I find it extremely unacceptable considering I received an email saying I would have my money within 5 to 7 business days and I also received a letter saying that and I have still not received my money.
