Shoddy workmanship, appalling customer care
Having initially fixed my roof, some of it then came off. After 2 weeks of trying to contact him, their guy BARRY SPEARS told me to complete a remedial request Online. I did that same day and Barry told me "Yeah your logged in and will get a call to arrange"....but 6 WEEKS later I've heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! This despite me chasing them up and even completing another remedial request form.
