Speedy purchase, delivered and installed within a few days and old machine removed. Well done

Wanted to stay local for a new tumble dryer going to Fields was a no brainer always had excellent service from them & so it was again.Bought on Friday delivered on Monday first thing no fuss no bother I will be going back thats for sure much rather give local companies the business rather than large one who to be honest dont care that much .

They already had a great reputation, so it was easy to pay them a visit. They made a recommendation, it was the perfect replacement for my previous microwave combination although not the same brand. The price included delivery, fitting and disposal of my old oven. Easy decision.

Excellent advice given on my fridge freezer which meant an engineer's call wasn't needed. Fields will be my first choice when I come to replace my appliances and for after care service.

Our induction hob decided to pack up a few days before Xmas. Calamity! We were due to cater for the extended family for Xmas dinner. We visited Fields and met with Amanda who was brilliant. Full of sound professional advice and was able provide options to choose. Amanda was able to arrange for installation of a new hob before Xmas. The engineer fitted the new hob quickly and efficiently. Cleared up afterwards and took away the packaging and the defective hob. Outstanding service and for us now, the default ‘go to’ domestic appliance retailers for the future.

Excellent service. The manufacturers let us down with the measurements of the machine. It was 30mm over the stated 600mm. The cupboard doors won't close properly now. I would advise you check with Fields in advance of purchase.

We required a new integrated fridge to fit our handmade Smallbone kitchen. We went to Fields as they have a good reputation in our area. A person from Fields actually came to check measure the opening before the order was placed. New fridge ordered, Fields then came a fitted it. Perfect job, friendly service, very happy to recommend Fields.

Good customer care. A considerable delay in the delivery of our new NEFF oven due to shortage of components to assemble it was courteously and professionally explained by Amanda. The problem wasn't her fault, nor that of the manufacturer, it's just a knock on from COVID-19 and one day the manufacturing world will catch up.
When it was delivered it was done so carefully so as not to damage it, installed, the old oven removed and there was a quick demo of how the new oven works.

So I broke the door latch on our Bosch washing machine (6 months ago I broke the door handle). Fields were great!, came out in 2 days and did a quick fix, then came back after getting a new part, both times Pat arrived dead on time, did a great job, and was off to his next appointment. Thanks also to Amanda in their GX shop - she was great, receiving pics and a video of the problem, all sorted very smoothly. We've bought appliances from Fields and have repairs and installations done by them also - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks!
